The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception. Good enough hostel when you know in advance about the check-in.

The owners are super nice, its not far from the center of cancun. And the price is very decent

Very annoying that upon arrival, although EXPEDÍA had confirmed that my reservation was ready, the person in charge told me that since I did not answer her calls, she had canceled part of my reservation for several days. I also asked for parking and it turns out it's only one space. I was about to cancel on the spot.

We only spent one night at Casa de Ana following our arrival at Cancun airport at night.
The directions to find the place made our task much easier (bus from the airport then taxi, around 10 euros per person)
The welcome was very good, the room is clean, the comfort corresponds to what was indicated and to the price scale. We left early in the morning, ideal for one night.
The ADO bus station is about 20 minutes' walk away.
