I had to change the room TWICE both room where dirty asf , aircon wasn’t working snd the staff couldn’t care at all when informed them! They offered me an other room saying that it was t an upgrade “ it wasn’t “ it was just much closer of what you see in the pictures advertised. On the last day at 11am they called me asking to vacate the room as they needed for the next guest ( my check out was at 12). I arrived in the reception and I let them know that internet wasn’t still not works , this rude reception just ignored me. They are absolutely rude and useless save your money and time don’t go there!

BAD BAD BAD BADBAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD WORST EXPERIENCE LIFE...The girl that have a Portuguese accent is very disrespectful and tried to over charge us for late check out... when it supposed to be at 12:00, she closes the room at 11:00 I was in the beach and my friend go to get our stuff and it was already close so we couldn't go to get our bags I had to go to reception it was 11:30 and she doesn't wanted to open the room until arrive her boss and say yes allow them to get them bags. IT was 12:30 So this girl is TOO MEAN her behavior is like she is the owner of the hotel and not just a receptionist....
I sincerely don't recommend this hotel it is super old. they never clean there was plates of previous guests. the personal doesn't seem happy every one is expecting a tip here despite we pay all inclusive, in restaurant it is even worst they are checking out how much do you eat despite its a buffet. Rooms looks like a motel, it doesn't have a elevator and the floor is very slippery my friend fall down and despite it say they have a doctor they doesn't fortunately there is a pharmacy next to the hotel.
it's more like a Motel, and I lost my flight because they take so long to let us get our bags because the Girl of green eyes wanted that we pay for a late check out...

The property has a beautiful beach, the facilities are clean But !!! The food was terrible, they re DO the lunch left overs with dinner, limited Alcohol provided, crew members are very good and polite

Loved this hotel.! And getting all inclusive for a great deal can’t beat that ! All you can drink and eat all breakfast lunch snack & dinner m! Beach right behind hotel, security taking care of the people at the beach ! I’ll be coming back
