This staff was amazing! Although we had some initial challenges, they were responsiveness, friendly and the location was great. I'd definitely look into staying here next year!

Perfectly situated if you like to be near the center but in a quieter neighborhood Placed on “la place de l’étang” , where you find nice restaurants, you are at walking distance of the beach, the Croisette and the center of Cannes Irina and her colleagues are very welcoming and give all support needed Transfer from and to airport is also foreseen!

I booked the room by calling the hotel directly , the person who took my reservation never told me there was no elevator in the hotel ! No help available to carry our suitcase to the 2nd floor either ..so we ended up carrying them up ourselves .Furniture broken in room , birds landing on breakfast tray in morning Bed made up of 2 small mattresses with gap in middle making it very uncomfortable to sleep on . Room size vey small

Very bad start because room not ready at 3 p.m. so the receptionist tried to put us in a tiny room pretending nothing. I categorically refused this room because for 287 euros I wanted my room with a 20 m2 balcony. I went to wait until 3:30 p.m. to get it without apology from the very unpleasant receptionist. Finally to sum up very dilapidated hotel without soul which is more reminiscent of a 2 or 3 star .... very minimalist breakfast.
