We just recently enjoyed a 4 day stay at the chateau. Our kids loved the activities: the swimming pool, mini farm, tennis, and bicycles. It was peacefully quiet and relaxing for our family. The restaurant is 5 ⭐️, beautifully plated with detail in both taste and presentation. The breakfast basket was amazing. We hope to visit again!

The villas are very comfortable. The bbq facilities were a plus and the beautiful shade below the wines at our villa made it a perfect place for family gathering. We stayed with my parents and my in laws and our 2 year old and we all had space and privacy. We loved the infinity pool a the chateau and the mini farm was a perfect place for my kid to visit. Biking to a local restaurant Le pourquoi pas through the vineyards and the canal the midi was perfect.

A very nice location, in the vinyards with beautiful views. The staff was very kind and the breakfast coudl have some fresh cooked extra´s as there was a persion in the Kitchen, no really fruit choices.. but overall very well layed out. For a summer stay, its perfect, but in the cold, although it was sunny, it was a bit rough.

We attended a wedding at the chateau and stayed 4 nights. The wedding weekend was truly memorable as was the whole stay. Great staff, dining, country location with magnifcent views and a large pool. We would be very happy to return to the chateau on a future trip.

Me and my wife hosted our wedding for 70+ people at Chateau Les Carrasses and we simply could not have asked for a more perfect venue in every respect. The location, facilities, food, wine, rooms, staff everything -- all simply divine and almost all of our guests raved about the Chateau. Every detail was perfect. We have nothing but rave reviews about the Chateau and cannot recommend it strongly enough.

Just back from a fabulous break, gorgeous location, accomadation, food, views and brilliant staff. Would highly recommend. Cycling to nearby Capestang is a lovely bonus. We were lucky to be there for market day on the lovely square.

We had a great week-end with friends and family for the wedding of our son. Arrived on friday, left on monday; enjoyed the view, the local village, the pool; excellent quality of service and organisation!

Chateau les Carrasses is an absolute delight. The setting and facilities are gorgeous. The food is amazing. The staff and location are very family friendly. It is very comfortable, non-pretentious luxury. I highly recommend a visit.

The Chateaux was fantastic all staff were very welcoming and offered great service. The food also was excellent and all reasonably price, they offered exceptional accommodation as we had our lovely two Cocker Spaniels with us. We will certainly be making this our stop over to our journey to Southern Spain next time I would thoroughly recommend this place.
