"The room is fantastic. It is clean, large and tidy. Everything was prepared, such as a hair dryer, a water boiler and shampoo. The location is also great. The only sad point is that I had requested a high floor to watch the trains, but the mirror seems to have been stuck with some layers, which blocked the view. Apart from this, everything was good and awesome. I would definitely book again when I travel to Cardiff!🏴👍🏻"

The only downside- we were staying during the heat wave and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. A fan was provided, but did little to help cool the room down. Overall, everywhere was clean and tidy and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful."

Breakfast offered a great selection, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The swimming pool was a real bonus and added to the overall experience. With plenty of bars and pubs within walking distance, the location was ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"Formerly the Campanile, budget hotel, sink had 2 cracks in it, broken mirror, whoever decorated it must be blind! The beds were very uncomfortable, pump or fan noise kept us awake all night. Tried to charge for parking when it was advertised as free when booked. Won't stay here again"
