"great break'superb value and one of the staff Kim went above and beyond as always, with no motive other than to ensure our staff was good, we had an issue with the TV and my wife is an avid tennis fan so when we return to our room at 4ish before the evening outing, she ldevours her tennis haha. KIm who is kitchen stff worked tirelessly to ensure we had our tv fix, room was spotless as always, excellent value for money, Their was also an obnoxious elderly couple who complained about loud noise which was non=existent as we were two rooms away and althoough elderly we are s prightly and positive in our outlook, if their was unreasonable noise, trust me , we would deal with it via the official channels. The couple were very verbally rude, unreasonable and I was passing reception at the altercation amd my wife told me to let them deal with it. Kim calmed them down perfectly and the managers were great, this further improved our satisfaction with the hotel. we have booked another stay in October thanks to the great service and fantastic surroundings."

My only criticism is that the marking of the accessible parking bays is unnecessarily wasteful and there could easily be more available if the spaces between were smaller. This visit I was lucky but hasn’t always been the case."

"Was the cheapest option I could find on that day, but it really impressed me. Location was good, right next to Cardiff queen street and around 20 mins by foot from Cardiff central. Hotel was nice, staff were friendly and had all the necessary amenities. Rooms were quite small but sufficient unless you have big luggages. Only issue I had was that there’s a dip in the middle of the bed which was quite strange."

"I had a very good experience staying at Hilton Cardiff. The hotel felt extremely safe and well managed throughout my stay. One thing I noticed is that they are very strict about not allowing visitors after 9 PM. At first, it was a bit disappointing, but honestly, it also made me feel much safer knowing they take security seriously. The service was excellent from beginning to end. The staff were always kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It was also cleaned during my stay, which I really appreciated and added to the overall comfort. The location is another big advantage the hotel is just steps away from Cardiff Castle, making it perfect for exploring the city. It’s also only about a 20 minute walk from Cardiff Central railway station, which made getting there and around very convenient. One morning I decided to try the breakfast buffet, and it was definitely worth it. There were many options to choose from, including pastries, hot food, fruit, and drinks. They also had coffee machines with very good coffee, which made the breakfast experience even better. Another highlight was the bar downstairs it had a great atmosphere and was a really nice place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cardiff, especially if you value comfort, excellent service, a great location, and above all, feeling safe during your stay."

"I had a lovely stay here. The location is fantastic with lots of things going on all around and most places are a short walk away. The staff were very accommodating and polite. There's not a lift so you do need to walk up stairs. Before arriving, I requested a room on the lowest possible floor to minimise climbing for my mother and the staff were responsive and helpful. The service from Sanjay and Ruth was excellent. The breakfast was yummy and they had vegan-friendly options too! I was worried the room would be a bit small for two people but it was lovely, the shower was great and it was actually quite spacious. I was also impressed with how secure the hotel was and Anne-Marie on the front desk was really pleasant to chat with at any time. I would definitely recommend this place and I would be very happy to stay here again!"
