The rooms and facilities are quite good, but the staff were particularly unfriendly towards Chinese guests, full of discrimination. Tourists considering this hotel should think twice. The breakfast receptionist made me feel especially uncomfortable.

This was a highly satisfying hotel stay. I had virtually no complaints during my stay, with the hotel's atmosphere, rooms, location, and staff service all being excellent overall. The room was clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the wide selection of teas and coffees, which allowed me to relax and enjoy a drink after returning to the hotel. It felt like they really thought about the guests' needs down to the small details. The staff members were all pleasant, kind, and provided excellent service. I think this is a great hotel for a stay in Cardiff. I had no particular concerns during this visit, and it was a very comfortable experience overall. We stayed for a event at the hotel the event room was decorated lovely the food was great. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good plenty of choice.

What a beautiful hotel! From the extremely helpful staff, to the stunning rooms and then the location of the hotel… it’s completly perfect. No one could do any more to help you. The breakfast is exceptional. All the staff are lovely. It’s a short walk from the train station and right on the edge of the city. A stunning treat for a weekend away!

Great location in centre of Cardiff. Comfortable, well appointed rooms. Over-rated restaurant. Staff were pleasant but not very professional not in keeping with Hotel style. Bar and Lounge lack atmosphere. Altogether not good value.
