Property is not well maintained , location and proximity wise its good but hotel is not as per Accor standard

Good location but old interiors and carpets are smelly

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down). Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel.

Located in the city centre with free parking, a few restaurants nearby. Breakfast was okay, not too many choices

the hotel is nice and clean，serving good breakfast as well. even i made a mistake with a wrong date when i was doing the reservation，but it was fully understood by the manager and ladies in reception，they helped correct the date without extra charge，really appreciate the flexibility and kindness of the staff of this hotel，excellent experience

Comfortable bed

The hotel is okay and old. What made the hotel comfortable was Mr. Bader at the reception. He was helpful, smiling, and his treatment was very classy.

Room facilities are very limited and some things are missing

The impression of the hotel is terrible! The room service is simply disgusting, we asked to bring a plate, they brought a dirty one, asked to change it ... and only on the FOURTH try they brought a clean one, the soap in the room ran out, we asked 3 times, 2 of which we went down to the reception, they brought it after 2 hours, the food in the room service is simply disgusting, how can you ruin a pizza like that, I just don’t understand ... (and this is for a lot of money). They didn’t even apologize for all this ... Moreover, I forgot my phone charger in the room (I’m absolutely sure that I forgot it in the room), I called the hotel the next morning after checking out, they said that they didn’t find it, although I even explained by which bed and in which socket the charger was left Total: it doesn’t even smell like 5 stars, a very average 3, the only pluses are the size of the room and bathroom (although the rooms themselves are quite tired)
