Cuando llegamos al hotel nos quedamos impactado a ya que había sido un hotel temático, nos recibió la señorita Angie, quien nos ayudó con el check in y Ella muy atenta con todo, esperamos volver.

Muy buen servicio en el hotel, Kevin y Cerapio muy buena gente y muy serviciales. El hotel muy cómodo y se adecuaron a todo lo que solicitamos. Los desayunos muy variados y con comida local. El hotel está bien localizado, taxi a 10 minutos del centro.

En general una experiencia muy grata. La atención bastante buena, habitaciones grandes y el hotel es muy bonito. Pleno centro de Cayma a pocas cuadras de tiendas y restaurantes. Lo único por mejorar es quizás el agua que no pasaba bien en la ducha y lavabos
