Room was standard. Everything you expect from a three star Hotel. Felt safe and service was ok! Breakfast was under Average. Small supply and dull tastes. Location was good tho if you want to live in a vivid neighbourhood. Lot of street vendors just outside.

The room was adequate, clean, and the bathroom functional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient but noisy. Limited dining options close by. Breakfast was good once we realized we could order plain or cheese omelets.

Good value. Just 40m to the non-tourist market and an excellent food stall. Okay breakfast with toast, French toast and spreads, bananas, and of course Indian options. You can change money at the desk for a good rate and the staff are friendly and helpful. I needed something printed out, and I was kindly escorted to a little shop that assisted me. Comfortable bed, good walk-in shower with hot water from early till 11am. Minibar and fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, beer can be ordered. Fair prices. I felt very safe here. Oh, and they have a very cute lift if u dont like stairs.

The people writing these reviews clearly stayed in different rooms to us. I agree staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast very fresh and staff so lovely. Everyone so polite and friendly. My issue was the tired rooms, dirty towels, toiletries on bathroom shelf half used from previous guests, rusty bathroom taps/plugs, no hot water at times. The first night room we were changed from. Ground floor and the noises from outside were awful. We moved up 2 floors. The room opposite is had the door open and I peeped in. A settee spacious much bigger etc. we clearly were given the not so good rooms.

Very helpful friendly staff. Helped with every need. Reasonably priced, nice food. Clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone using this hotel. Central location very close to Karol Bagh Market, with a Metro station near by for easy access to all areas.

We had a great stay here, served by very kind kitchen staff, food cooked to our request and very delicious, can not compliment enough. Pankaj and Santosh were amazing,certainly coming back We would like to thank the boys for their great hospitality and kindness

Wonderful stay, in the middle of the hustle and bustle but quiet as soon as you step inside. Good breakfast included. Hot showers, security and hospitality is great. Would recommend to all travellers and would say it’s safe for solo travellers. Santosh and Pankaj were our favourite!!

Very comfortable stay. The restaurant was open late and food was excellent, especially after a long day of travel. Front desk was able to exchange for some rupees which was helpful. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Special shoutout to Pankaj and Sasosh for their wonderful hospitality in the restaurant! Those two deserve a raise in pay as they have made my stay here very pleasant 😊
