location good. near with shopping center. lobby smell is good but firniture is old. many broken.

Very strategic location, in front of Thamrin City. You can walk to the HI Roundabout and the Transjakarta bus stop. Lots of food outside the hotel.

The only good things here are the locations, literally in the front of Thamrin City shopping mall and get an easy access straight to the mall. The staff is also friendly and helpful, but that's all the good things about the hotel. Some things could be improved: - Cleanliness. The bedroom and bathroom cleanliness could be improved. I found a stain in bedcover and there's a bunch of hair near the toilet. - Breakfast. The food was horrible. It was bland and awful. They deliver the breakfast to your room regarding to C19 situations. - I didn't get a towel at the first time I come to my room and I had to call front office and look for staff at the hall to get a towel and bathmat. I mean, if the room wasn't ready, then don't give it to guest. - Don't expect much from the room, you get what you paid. TV channel was poor, amenities are "low grade".
