My family has been coming to hotel Buratti for the last 25 years (in different constellations). We’ve been here as a young couple, with extended family, sometimes with other families, and now with our own children, and this hotel really has something for everyone. What I want to emphasize is it’s child friendly vibes. There is a pool which does not get deeper than about 4 feet. It has a baby area which is great for toddlers, and a fun water slide for the bigger kiddos. There is a gorgeous beach with a playground and bar close by 😏. We played tennis every morning on the courts just down the beach a bit. The ocean here stays very calm and shallow, great for new or nervous swimmers. The very best part is the kid “animators” they offer. Everyday/night they have people hired to entertain the kids with sand castle building on the beach, or dancing together in the evening (in the completely fenced in beautiful front patio area). I would like to name specifically Manuel (Manu). He paid so much special attention to the kids, their feelings of inclusion and any special wishes. He learned each child’s name, their likes and dislikes, and was so attentive and just such fun! He led Aqua fitness one afternoon for just me and my niece, and still gave 100% effort. My daughter (3) took an extra special liking to him and believe me she does not like everyone. Not in the least. He played baby shark twice just for her, played ball with us in the pool, played board games with our family, he was just awesome to have around. If you get the chance to work with Manu, I highly recommend it! As for the Buratti family, they are such wonderful people. We had two birthdays in our family during our stay and each one was made so special with their help. My niece was greeted at lunch with a beautiful cake with fun sparklers, song and celebration. My mother in law had a beautiful Prosecco spread with fresh fruit, croissant sandwiches, pita flatbreads, roses and champagne flutes on the piano, just a stunning effort all around. She had tears in her eyes. Mission accomplished. The rooms were perfect for us in that they offer bunk beds in the same room as a double bed. Perfect for families who want to stay all in one room but have a bed for everyone. The balcony has a very useful laundry hanger which we used daily. Everything was very clean and well kept. 10/10 would recommend not just this hotel but this FAMILY as a wonderful place to stay with yours. We can’t wait to go back next year 🥰❤️

Salve siamo stati un weekend, hotel super completo abbiamo mangiato bene completo con molti servizi , piscina pulizia e camere veramente al top, ottimo servizio bar e living per gustare un ottimo aperitivo! Aggiungo comodo attraversando una pineta si arriva in spiaggia , da ritornare sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato presso il Vostro albergo da sabato 19 agosto 2023 a domenica 27 agosto 2023. Nulla da dire dei ragazzi dell’animazione, sempre molto cortesi e disponibili. Il mio problema sono stati gli scarafaggi!! Martedì sera nel rientrare nella mia camera numero 422 ho visto degli scarafaggi che correvano sotto il letto, non sono riuscita ad ucciderli perché come tutti sanno corrono velocemente. Quindi notte passata seduta sul balcone, avevo veramente schifo a mettermi nel letto. La mattina seguente faccio presente alla signora addetta alla pulizia delle camere, che mi dice e così ha fatto che avrebbe spruzzato il Bayons contro gli scarafaggi. Il problema, malgrado la sua buona volontà, non è stato risolto, quindi le faccio nuovamente presente la mattina dopo che ancora ci sono scarafaggi, mi risponde che aveva fatto presente alla reception del problema e che sarebbe venuto un “omino”. Anch’io quella mattina ho fatto presente alla Segreteria della reception della presenza di scarafaggi nella mia camera numero 422 e anche lei mi risponde che avrebbe chiamato l’omino!! Omino o non omino il problema non è stato risolto! Arriva il giorno della mia partenza e chiedo alla segretaria della reception di poter parlare con Lei Signora Lorena, la segreteria viene nel suo ufficio e Lei con la solita banale scusa non mi riceve. La segretaria mi dice che Lei le ha detto cosa doveva fare!!! Quello che doveva fare è stato lo sconto di 70 euro per la mia brutta avventura! No mi scusi ma così non si fa!! Lei avrebbe dovuto almeno scusarsi con me! Sa vorrei proprio sapere cosa lei avrebbe fatto trovandosi nella mia situazione!!!! Forse ho sbagliato e avrei dovuto fare denuncia. Se lei fosse stata corretta non avrebbe dovuto farmi pagare il saldo di 700 euro e avrebbe dovuto scusarsi!! Attendo un Suo gentile cenno di riscontro unitamente al saldo che le ho dato! Non corrisponde ad un albergo a 4 stelle..forse a 3 stelle sc**** Camera piccola Servizio colazione scadente..mancavano le posate e i bicchieri Letti scomodi Confusione già dalle 6 del mattino con il personale impegnato nelle pulizie Parcheggio privato quasi inesistente nel retro scomodo da raggiungere con i bagagli Uniche note positive la piscina e il bar con servizio a bordo piscina Per il prezzo pagato da non tornarci

E' la terza volta che soggiorno in questo hotel e anche quest'anno l'esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La cucina ottima, addirittura migliorata rispetto agli anni precedenti. Servizio e Pulizia ottimi. Camere ampie confortevoli. Spazi interni ed esterni ampi e ben strutturati Posizione centrale, fronte mare.

Per la terza volta abbiamo passato una fantastica settimana all'hotel buratti, il nostro obiettivo era puro relax e cibo buono. il servizio , la pulizia , il cibo sono eccellenti, siamo stati veramente bene, ringraziamo i camerieri Pietro e Pierangelo, Laura e morena per la loro splendida accoglienza , e ancora Irina e le ragazze alla reception, un abbraccio a tutti. Siamo stati all'Hotel Buratti per il secondo anno di seguito e abbiamo avuto il piacere di ritrovare la stessa professionalità dello scorso anno: il personale è molto gentile , la stanza ampia e pulita tutti i giorni, la piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio e c'è la possibilità di usufruire di un parcheggio sotterraneo. Ma il vero pezzo forte è la cucina: ogni giorno un'ampia scelta di primi e secondi di terra e di mare ( anche se potrebbe bastare il buffet degli antipasti, ricco di verdure, insalate fredde, roast beef e il buonissimo vitello tonnato). Non è un family hotel ma il personale è sempre molto attento alle esigenze dei più piccoli anche sulle variazioni di menù. Si è rotta la macchina per lo zucchero filato e la proprietaria ha fatto prontamente preparare bomboloni alla crema e consegnato un buono da consumare il giorno successivo al Bar per bibita, patatine o gelato per tutti i bambini dell'albergo. Quest'anno oltre al simpatico Riccardo dell'animazione abbiamo assistito anche allo spettacolo di un bravissimo mago che ha tenuto incollati adulti e bambini per ben due ore senza che ci se ne accorgesse. Lo consiglio vivamente!
