I would like to give a big thumb up for the receptionist Ms Wang. While having issue with booking, she immediately offered her professional to resolve my issue. As a frequent guest to this hotel, Sirius once again prove service more than its value.

one of the BEST hotels I've stayed at. it was spotlessly clean and the room and bathroom were both so spacious. the staff were really nice and there is a good laundry service too. it's really easy to get to the train station by public transport (bus) and easy to get to other places in Changchun in general. there's also a lovely bakery in the hotel that does delicious buns and sweet breads - it was my breakfast every day :)

Very good hotel. The service is excellent, the price is fair and it's very comfortable and clean. The metro is not so close, but it's well located in the city center.

The hotel is clean and the robot is interesting. If they provided more free new films and tv series, it would be better.

Nice hotel design and futuristic. Love the space and interior. Good place to take photo. They do provide some traditional clothing for free. The laundry side have 2 washing machine and 1 dryer. No washing powder provided. And after washing. To queue for drying took too long till I give up 😔. Near to Xin Tian Di where there are heaven for kids. Can enjoy whole day there.
