The hotel has a great location, convenient parking, and well-equipped surroundings. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the front desk staff and cleaning lady are friendly and helpful. A word of caution for holiday travelers: don't order breakfast. It was just a few cold dishes and steamed buns. When I asked about the situation, they said the chef was on break and that I could refund the breakfast fee if I didn't eat (but they didn't refund according to the standard meal plan). I was completely convinced by their excuse, which showed a complete lack of service. I thought a refund would solve the problem. Ultimately, Ctrip arranged a refund for the breakfast fee. I hope the hotel management can provide quality service to tourists, operate with integrity, and not try to deceive tourists.
