The room facilities are very good, very new and very useful, especially the hair dryer and toothbrush. The hotel management is rather chaotic. I had already made a successful reservation and called to confirm, but when I checked in they said there were no rooms and I needed to wait and make arrangements. I hope the hotel management can improve. In addition, the service attitude of the night shift staff was not proactive.

The location of the hotel was great with plenty of food options and shopping! The hotel was difficult to find as it is part of a building. You would need to take the elevator up to check-in at reception before you go to a different floor to find your room. It feels more like student accommodation/hostel during this process rather than a hotel. The loft itself was big and spacious but it was clear that there were some areas and details that required improvement but it was a great hotel for the price you pay. The staff were great help and were quick to reply on WeChat if you required any help. Overall, it was a good and spacious hotel!

The main reason we chose this hotel was it’s excellent location (near to the major shopping malls Wangfujing, IFS mall and the famous Taiping street) and after reading several of its positive reviews by the guests. However since the hotel is located in the busy area, the road leading to the hotel was not accessible by car after 8 pm. As such our taxi driver had to stop us a little distance away. So please bear in mind this accessibility issue after 8 pm.. The hotel is located on the fifth floor of a building shared by other businesses. The lifts were old and small. Nevertheless all the initial disappointment faded away upon reaching the hotel. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a pleasant surprise. It was neat, clean with many unexpected features unlike other hotels of the same category. Facilities are modern, complete and the room well lighted. The bathroom is comfortable, with automated heated toilet seat, and powerful shower facility. Another good feature is the wash basin located outside the toilet. There is also a Laifen hairdryer and even a projector. The service was exceptional with very friendly and helpful staff always offering additional drinking water and providing free laundry service, a highly appreciated

The room was very nice and clean. The front desk lady was very welcoming. We traveled for two days. Next to it was a very authentic and delicious stinky tofu shop!!! (Wu-lao-tai-stinky tofu) There is also a very delicious and inexpensive food street. Because of this accommodation, our trip to Changsha became very perfect. Recommend, recommend, recommend!!!
