I stayed there once two months ago and it was okay. Then I went to Yongzhou for a business trip and stayed at the All Seasons Hotel. I felt that the Tinbo Hotel was just a little bit inferior. The prices are more than 200, one is in the center of Yongzhou and the other is next to Changsha Airport. Good things about this hotel: parking is very convenient, there is a large parking lot on the first floor, the room is clean and tidy, the shower room is large, the water volume is large, the hot water is good, the thermal air conditioning effect is good, there is a special hanging wardrobe for drying Clothes are convenient, there is also a classical-style exquisite wooden table, and a small and exquisite tea set (for two people) for tea. Bad aspects: The toilet seat is too high. When flushing the button, you have to reach far behind the toilet seat to press the flush button. Your arm can easily hit the toilet seat (you can see it in the attached video). It feels bad. The window There is an outdoor unit of the air conditioner outside (I don’t understand why the outdoor unit of this kind of central air conditioner is here). There is obvious noise when sleeping with the window open at night. The hot water in the shower is sometimes hot and cold, but the change is not big. The depth is a little shallow, and when you wash your face, if you move too much, water will easily splash on your body. The top of the headboard is made of stone, which feels very cold in winter, and there is no place to hang a towel (I am used to bringing my own face towel when I go out).

It is full of gadgets that are used daily but are easy to forget. It is very considerate and adds to the goodwill. The room is very simple, but the slippers and toiletries provided are very high-end. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay experience, highly recommended!

The hotel is not clean and smells very strong when opening the door. It has a sign saying it is near the airport. It is actually more than 10 minutes away from the airport. I missed my flight. I will never stay there again.

今天入住這家酒店真的是開了眼了 服務人員反倒指責我説話大聲 態度惡劣的告知我她們8點才上班，以後住這裏的客户要注意了，12點到8點不要給她們打電話，打了會招上門的工作人員翻白眼挨訓。 這個24小時管家服務的台卡放在這些公共區域，我感覺就是一種諷刺 一大清早小孩急着上學，酒店設備有問題，我要求麻煩幫我換個吹風機來來回回等了幾十分鐘，我難道不因該着急嗎？我又不是不講道理，開始好聲好氣的和你們溝通，一直沒有幫我解決問題。你們8點上班是你們自己內部溝通協調的問題，和客户有什麼關係。客户來就該受這份氣嗎？ 客房工作人員解決問題的能力沒有！製造矛盾的能力倒是挺強的，最後帶着訓斥的語氣和我説：“她們8點才上班。” 今天早上7點10分左右，孩子一衹衣袖不小心掉洗臉池裡麪去了，我就打開吹風機想吹乾，沒想到大概短短吹了幾分鐘開始我想可能吹風機過熱保護停機、無法使用。 我就耐心的靜置等待了十分鐘左右後試了一下但是依舊不能用，禮貌的聯繫前台打了一次電話講述了原因請她們幫我更換一個吹風機，等了大約10幾分鐘左右第一位男工作人員上門試了下吹風機有風就打算離開，我就提前和他説設備可能有故障，小孩還着急上課，我擔心一吹1、2分種又會斷電，先幫我換一下，對方完全不當回事就説有風敷衍的走了。 果不其然，再吹不到兩分鐘，吹風機直接再次停擺。孩子等着出門上學早餐還沒吃，我又打電話給前台反饋換設備。又等了好幾分鐘第二位工作人員上門，非但不解決問題，還訓斥我説她們八點才上班，反倒指責我説話大聲，態度十分惡劣。我就要求幫忙換個吹風機來來回回搞40分鐘左右了，我難道還不因該着急嗎？ 一個小小的吹風機都沒法保障正常使用，遇事衹會敷衍甩鍋、不解決客人實際問題，所謂全天候服務形同虛設，全程糟心至極，絕不推薦入住！
