The check-in experience exceeded expectations. Xiaoyan, the fairy at the front desk, worked seriously and conscientiously. Miss Peng, the lobby leader, was considerate, warm and friendly, and patient and meticulous throughout the whole process. The room was spacious and bright, the hygiene was impeccable, and the service was also very smooth. The details in the room were carefully considered, just like returning home. The mattress was very comfortable and I slept very comfortably. Going downstairs was the ceiling in the commercial pedestrian street, which was very lively. Eating, drinking and having fun were all available. The location was excellent, with a subway station just outside the door, and surrounding shopping malls and attractions within walking distance. You can go back to the hotel to rest at any time when you are tired, and you can also go to the nearby night market to check in at night, which is very convenient for tourists. The hardware facilities are very complete. There is a self-service laundry room on the fifth floor, which can dry and wash clothes. It brings icing on the cake for travel.

Nice room - very clean and comfortable! This is my second time booking this hotel and they treated me very well with afternoon tea and good breakfast, even gave us water bottle and a cute souvenir when we checked out😊 I would definitely recommend to friends and family if they go to Changsha🥰 thank you for the warm welcome and would love to come back next time❤️

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we really loved it. Room was big and spacious, staff was polite and welcoming. There is a metro station, Nanhu station just opp the hotel. It is also very near to Wuyi square and huaxing road, very convenient! The staff even helped us with our luggage went we checked out! We would definitely stay here again if we visit Changsha!

Love this hotel! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Changsha as a person traveling with a dog. The hotel is so welcoming of dogs they hardly even seem to notice that the dog is there. Even the restaurant allowed dogs to come sit during breakfast. And if you’re not a dog person but are worried about cleanliness due to pets being allowed, the rooms (we stayed in two different rooms) were both immaculate. There wasn’t even a hint of pets in either one. Great job by the housekeeping staff.

Hotel were located very near to Changsha South Railway station, about 15-20 mins walk and could be seen right from the main entrance. There were a few blocks of similar hotels around the traffic junction. With a big shopping mall behind it. Metro entrance was just about 700m away. Good choice if you were to catch the 6am high speed train to Zhangjiajie. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to the higher floor and were given a box with tangerine oranges, cherry tomatoes and some snacks. Room looked quite new and clean.. Overall quite comfy.

The hotel is very good, the room is very good, and the front desk service is super good, so I came again this time. I stayed for 13 days last time. I like this hotel very much. This hotel is very cost-effective and has free ground and underground parking. There is also a back garden behind the hotel. The housekeeping lady was very polite. She greeted me and said hello when she saw me. Special praise to Xiao Zhang at the front desk for his warm and thoughtful service. They also consider the customers, which is better than the front desk service of a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is located in the Hunan Financial Center, surrounded by Changsha's most expensive Bafang community, close to the city government, with a superior geographical location, a bustling business district, and excellent surrounding facilities. The hotel room has simple and elegant bedding, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is comfortable to sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the scenery outside the window, and you can also see Yuelu Mountain in the distance

This hotel is good overall. The location is very convenient, not far from the subway station, there are several restaurants around, you don't have to run too far to eat. The room was cleaned very clean, the bed was comfortable, there was no noise at night, and the rest was OK. The breakfast type is not particularly large, but it can basically meet the needs and the taste is normal. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the staff attitude was OK. The price/performance ratio is reasonable. If you need it next time, you should consider it.
