Everything is different from how the hotel looks. Unnecessary rules, such a big hotel and just 2 water bottles. Inspite of having all the ingredients they don’t want to make custom food for foreigners clients untill they request too much or force. Round the clock for such a big property English speaking staff or the best quality electronic translator should be available at all times

Beautiful and lavish hotel with "almost" all the facilities we needed. Great to have the 24hour restaurant on site. The room was fully equipped with luxury and comfort, just as advertised. Our only issue was getting the laundry done. There was a laundry room getting installed while we were there but was locked and not available to use. Perhaps that will soon be made available to all, giving it a 5/5 next time. "I'll be back" .

For the price of 50dollars for the room with windows, in a 5 star hotel,this is fantastic deal. Walkable to subway(12minutes) that takes you into the city. Big tub for soaking, huge room for the price and it even have a powder room. Room is also clean. Everything is golden as its name suggest and even a gold store within the hotel. Lots of wedding being held here. Unique to this hotel is also a 24 hour food hall where you first purchase a food card and then each station you would order and tap to pay. Price is very reasonable but dont expect any luxury food. I guess the only downside is the it is a bit far from city center, but if you have time and like to spend time in your room and hotel, this is fantastic and you cant go wrong.

They will not listen to you , don’t let them do anything unless you have a recording by your phone.
