New hostel with restaurant facilities.
Staff are friendly and keen as the lack of elevator putting guests off.
Ignoring the need to climb stairs (staff would help carry luggage anyway), room was bright and clean except the drainage of the washroom didn’t function well (hope the landlord would address this issue before it got worse).
Overall it’s a pleasant place to stay.

位置很好，靠近廣濟樓，房間還算衞生，訂辦理入住的時候發生了點小意外，店家很快就解決了，好評

房間不算大，但是整潔，榻榻米床睡2人綽綽有餘，靠近廣濟樓，廣濟橋，牌坊街，夜晚也不會很吵，除了要走樓梯可能對帶重箱子的客人有點不便，也沒啥不好的了😊

幾個美女姐姐的客棧，到店直接喊出訂酒店留的名字，讓我有點恍惚錯覺似曾相識。
有人情味的民宿，點贊！！！！
房間很乾凈，也很安靜！
樓頂可以看到廣濟橋的燈光秀，加分加分！！！

位置非常好，離廣濟橋很近，帶長者玩累了，可以回來休息再繼續逛。房間設備齊全，比較新。不臨街的房間很安靜。老闆和服務員態度很好，可以寄存行李，很方便。樓下有前台，有問題隨時解決。不像有的民宿，看不到服務員。值得推薦！

位置特別好。離景點和吃的地方都特別方便，打車也不遠，走路2-3 分鐘出去就能打車。價格實惠，沒有早餐不過出去全是吃的東西。唯一不方便是沒有電梯，去二/三樓要走樓梯。影響不大。整體來講乾淨整潔。

民宿地理位置得天獨厚，出門拐彎就到了廣濟樓，附近還有菜場，好幾家網紅店也不遠，民宿樓下自己也經營食物，真的及其方便，房間整潔乾淨，朋友一起出遊睡得最好的一晚了

觀潮民宿在古城內，距離廣濟橋很近，走路大約5-10分鐘，酒店乾淨整潔，房型多種，下次人多我們會選擇親子間，特意看了一下可以住4-6人。
