Excellent location, very convenient. The parking lot is a bit small; if there are many cars, it might test your reverse parking skills. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent natural light – the kids absolutely loved it! We had to make up the extra bed ourselves, but instructions were provided and it wasn't difficult, just took a little time. Operating the self-check-in machine was a bit confusing at first (we needed to select the 'foreign guest' option), but fortunately, a staff member was right there and helped us out enthusiastically. All in all, it's a great option for a stay, and we would definitely consider returning.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, atmosphere, and facilities. The views were also fantastic. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a huge bonus, making it incredibly convenient for family travelers. I highly recommend it!

Hands down, this is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Japan. The only minor drawback is its location near American Village, which can make getting around a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car. However, if you're able to rent a car for independent travel, it's absolutely perfect! **Pros:** 1. The balcony was incredibly comfortable. In summer, you can sleep with the balcony doors open, letting the refreshing sea breeze in without needing AC. It really brought back such nostalgic childhood memories. 2. The room itself is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need – pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, and even a convenient in-room washer and dryer. A huge plus for families with children! 3. We stayed here for two nights. As we were on a family vacation with our child, we mainly explored American Village and its immediate surroundings. Aeon Mall is just 3.4km away, and there are plenty of fantastic food options nearby, like yakiniku and ramen. I especially recommend the Indian restaurant right next door – it's delicious and really affordable! 4. Our kid was absolutely thrilled, spending an entire morning on the balcony watching fighter jets fly by!

Upon arrival, you'll need to scan a QR code in the lobby and then use the adjacent tablet to contact staff, who will then provide your room number and instructions for key collection. The sea view is absolutely stunning, which alone makes it worth the stay. However, parking is quite limited, so finding a spot can be difficult if you return late. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I highly recommend it.

From the living room sofa, you get a panoramic view of Chatan Bay, where the sky beautifully merges with the ocean. Whether it's sunny or rainy, the healing scenery is always there to accompany you. The two chairs on the balcony make it the perfect little nook for sipping coffee and gazing out at the sea. ☕ 🍳 Well-Equipped Kitchenette & Handy Appliances There's a small kitchen, perfect for preparing simple meals. It's fully equipped with a rice cooker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and a variety of dishes and utensils – truly feeling like a home away from home. The bathroom offers stable hot water and perfect water pressure for a very comfortable shower experience. Plus, there's a washing machine and dryer, so you can keep your clothes fresh daily – incredibly convenient! 💬 In a nutshell: it truly felt like home, and my spirit felt wonderfully nurtured! Highly recommended for independent travelers who appreciate spaciousness and sea views. This isn't a lavish hotel, but it's absolutely an apartment that delivers a perfect blend of 'homely comfort and healing serenity.' Next time I visit Chatan, Okinawa, I'd love to stay here again!

The room was clean and very well-appointed, complete with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer – incredibly convenient! Check-in was smooth, done via a tablet at the entrance, and the keys were securely stored in a locker. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to American Village.

The tatami room is perfect for families with kids, and it even offers cooking facilities if you need them. The only downsides are that it's a 7-8 minute walk to American Village, and there's no daily housekeeping.

For the price in Japan, this was the largest room I've ever stayed in. It also came with a kitchen, a double sofa bed, and two single beds that could be pushed together. The balcony offered sea views, making it perfect for families like mine with three children.

The room has a washing machine and dryer which is a plus point and a convenience store just around the corner.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Booked the Japanese style room for a family of 4. Since we are only 2, and it was so spacious. There was also a proper dining table and washing machine. Many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience shops all around. For though that are looking for a more unique stay / non-traditional hotel, this is the place!
