Fabulous hotel. Great interior decoration. High quality furnishings. All the staff from concierge, to front desk to housekeeping are extremely helpful and key staff speak English. The rooms are beautiful, well decorated and high quality bedding. It is very quiet and comfortable. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, teapot and free use minibar. The room has an excellent hairdryer and steamer for clothes. The lobby is beautiful and breakfast is top. There is a lovely roof garden to enjoy tea on a sunny day. It is a 10 min taxi ride to Chengdu east station and the hotel is located above the MixC shopping complex.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Chengdu. Great location with many food options, and not far from the heart of Chengdu. Very clean and new. The gym is a bit small but overall ok!

The hotel is connected to a very big shopping mall with good restaurants, KTV and good shoppings. There is also a massage place near by so it’s a great location but it’s not right at downtown so you can see if you are interested in the mall first.
The staff is very nice, the first night I stayed there, I already saw someone a ****** to his room. I mentioned it to the hotel manager, he checked the CCTV and handled it professionally.
Breakfast is yummy!

I had a pleasant time at the hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed in Chengdu. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff also provided great service. The room was comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations. Overall, a positive experience that contributed to an enjoyable stay. Would like to thank Wendy for serving us and giving us such excellent hospitality!

The Mumian Chengdu is on top of a huge retail mall (MixC) and connected to the Metro Line 4 at Shuangqiao Road station through exit C. The Metro gives it great connectivity to the rest of Chengdu.
The hotel itself is very new and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Service is outstanding - in particular the concierge went above and beyond in arranging a phone card for us and also 3 tours to various venues.
One downside is that most staff are not comfortable communicating in English - but that is a common problem, not unique to this hotel.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
