入住體驗簡直極差這家酒店的衞生狀況簡直令人作嘔，一進房間就聞到一股刺鼻的沒味掀開被子，發現床單上有明顯的污痕，沙發上還有污痕，床小孩才留着毛髮，瞬間讓人渾身不適。於是地板黏膩，淋浴噴頭全滿水垢洗漱用品擺放處甚至有灰塵堆積，嗯床頭的牆很臟，客廳裏面的牆角都開始脱落，看上去很令人不適，再也不想入住這家酒店，而且服務態度一點都不好，建議大家需要謹慎。

給朋友預訂的，房間複式結構，公寓式民宿，啥都有，如果是有小孩，可能小孩更喜歡這種户型，大人，特別是愛起夜的，可能會嫌棄上廁所需要爬樓梯吧

這家Loft民宿給人非常不錯的體驗。房間設計感十足，裝潢現代又温馨，特別適合拍照打卡。採光很好，空間寬敞，層高讓人感覺非常舒適。傢俱和電器齊全，廚房設施完善，適合長住或自己做飯。床鋪非常舒適，整體衞生也很乾凈。房東服務貼心，入住和退房過程順利，細節照顧周到。位置方便，周邊生活設施齊全。總體來説，性價比高，非常推薦給喜歡小資氛圍的朋友。

住宿條件非常滿意的，是兩層。不過住了2天沒有人打掃房間並且因為一些特殊原因服務不太到位，並且位置很偏，走10分鐘左右有皇家園站

離皇花園地鐵站很近，走路不到10分鐘。周邊吃的店多，以四川風味為主。入住提前跟房東加微信，告訴你房號密碼等。房間複試，總體還不錯。
