"The hotel met the usual high InterContinental standards. We stayed in Block E, which is a bit far from the main area; shuttles were available but often the wait made walking a better option. One downside was the lack of direct connection between the hotel and the water park. Since the hotel is somewhat remote from key attractions, its main appeal is the water park nearby—but without on-site booking support, it was tricky for non-mainland guests to arrange tickets. "With my family away this time, I decided to take a solo cycling trip. Having frequently stayed at the St. Regis in Shanghai, I was keen to experience the Chengdu property. The St. Regis boasts an excellent location in the highly convenient Chunxi Road/Taisheng South Road district, offering unparalleled accessibility. Upon arrival, the prominent 'Evergrande Group St. Regis Chengdu' sign instantly brought back nostalgic memories of the economic boom's glory days. Entering my room, despite it being a standard category, I was genuinely impressed by its spaciousness – the hotel truly delivered above expectations! As I was here for cycling, I rented a bike, and the concierge team very thoughtfully stored it for me, making pick-up and use incredibly convenient. After my first day of cycling, I enjoyed the buffet at the Show restaurant. The young restaurant supervisor was exceptionally polite and courteous; seeing her brought back memories of my own youth, and I found myself unexpectedly moved to tears. On my final day, due to unexpected heavy traffic, I only made it back to the hotel for check-out at 2:05 PM. My butler was incredibly understanding and thoughtfully extended my check-out time, giving me just enough time for a lightning-fast shower before leaving, which truly brought my cycling trip to a perfect conclusion."

"Having stayed here before, I can confirm it's still a highly recommended hotel. The hotel's design and facilities are very well-thought-out and excellently maintained. The electric blackout curtains provide excellent light blocking and operate smoothly and quietly, reflecting their high quality. Amenities include a smart bidet toilet and a practical shelf above the bathtub. A bedside tablet allows for complete room control, managing air conditioning, lighting, and even the privacy glass. A notable improvement since my last stay two years ago is the introduction of a food delivery robot, capable of bringing items directly from the lobby to your room. Even when busy, the concierge staff still goes the extra mile to deliver items if the robot is occupied. The hotel's personal butler proactively connected with us on WeChat beforehand, attentive to our daily needs throughout our stay, and even presented a small gift to our child upon departure. Our stay included a daily replenished complimentary minibar and a one-time afternoon tea at the lobby bar, which offered a delightful ambiance. However, there are some minor drawbacks. While its location above a large shopping mall offers convenient access to shopping and dining, it's quite a distance from the city center. The nearest subway station is a ten-minute walk away, and popular spots like Chunxi Road and People's Park are a 40-50 minute journey."

"Overall the experience is great, as this is a repeated stay. Krystal, the butler, has been attentive, friendly and will to your every request to make your stay one of a kind experiences. During this time, as China is still currently in winter phase, they are still currently using central heater, thus it make it a bit hard for people who prefer cooler conditions, but do take not that it is not their problems, as the whole of China is doing this. They have been great enough to provide fans to cool down the room and even change a bigger room for me for better ventilation. The location may be a bit outskirts of ChengDu, but everything you would need is in reached as there is mall beside the hotel and another mall not far away. Thus, CYNN would be a recommended choice and my first choice when returning back."

"A very satisfying vacation. A family of three booked a double room. As the child just turned 7, bed fees were required. After communication, the housekeeper waived the fee. It took us an hour to drive from Chengdu to the hotel. The housekeeper greeted us at the door and helped us with all our luggage. The hotel has a very good environment, with a large lawn, landscape pool, swimming pool, open-air teahouse, etc., enough space for children to run around.
