It's genuinely a paradise for families with children! Our dedicated private butler, Annie, was assigned to us by the hotel! From the moment we arrived, she accompanied us throughout, patiently explaining all the hotel's facilities, services, and important details. Upon discovering that our family of three only had two breakfasts included, she immediately upgraded the breakfast service for our little one! We are incredibly grateful for this! P.S. All breakfasts are freshly prepared by the chefs right on the spot! Our family enjoyed playing in the Ocean Park so much that we exceeded the extended 2 PM check-out time the hotel generously offered! Despite having already cleaned our room, the housekeeping staff enthusiastically allowed us back in to shower and change, and then proceeded to clean the room *again*! While feeling incredibly apologetic, we were profoundly impressed by the hotel's truly guest-centric service philosophy! The InterContinental Chengdu Global Center remains our absolute top and only choice whenever we visit Chengdu!"

"With my family away this time, I decided to take a solo cycling trip. Having frequently stayed at the St. Regis in Shanghai, I was keen to experience the Chengdu property. The St. Regis boasts an excellent location in the highly convenient Chunxi Road/Taisheng South Road district, offering unparalleled accessibility. Upon arrival, the prominent 'Evergrande Group St. Regis Chengdu' sign instantly brought back nostalgic memories of the economic boom's glory days. Entering my room, despite it being a standard category, I was genuinely impressed by its spaciousness – the hotel truly delivered above expectations! As I was here for cycling, I rented a bike, and the concierge team very thoughtfully stored it for me, making pick-up and use incredibly convenient. After my first day of cycling, I enjoyed the buffet at the Show restaurant. The young restaurant supervisor was exceptionally polite and courteous; seeing her brought back memories of my own youth, and I found myself unexpectedly moved to tears. On my final day, due to unexpected heavy traffic, I only made it back to the hotel for check-out at 2:05 PM. My butler was incredibly understanding and thoughtfully extended my check-out time, giving me just enough time for a lightning-fast shower before leaving, which truly brought my cycling trip to a perfect conclusion."

"Having stayed here before, I can confirm it's still a highly recommended hotel. The hotel's design and facilities are very well-thought-out and excellently maintained. The electric blackout curtains provide excellent light blocking and operate smoothly and quietly, reflecting their high quality. Amenities include a smart bidet toilet and a practical shelf above the bathtub. A bedside tablet allows for complete room control, managing air conditioning, lighting, and even the privacy glass. A notable improvement since my last stay two years ago is the introduction of a food delivery robot, capable of bringing items directly from the lobby to your room. Even when busy, the concierge staff still goes the extra mile to deliver items if the robot is occupied. The hotel's personal butler proactively connected with us on WeChat beforehand, attentive to our daily needs throughout our stay, and even presented a small gift to our child upon departure. Our stay included a daily replenished complimentary minibar and a one-time afternoon tea at the lobby bar, which offered a delightful ambiance. However, there are some minor drawbacks. While its location above a large shopping mall offers convenient access to shopping and dining, it's quite a distance from the city center. The nearest subway station is a ten-minute walk away, and popular spots like Chunxi Road and People's Park are a 40-50 minute journey."

"The room type experience of Tree Frog Tribe is quite good. Friendly reminder that it is not suitable for very small babies or the elderly, and the stairs are still very steep. But the surrounding environment is good, the service is also good, free drinks and fruit Tremella soup are provided, and you can camp and barbecue. First and foremost, what strikes me about this hotel is its tranquility. It's a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, where all you hear are birds chirping and frogs croaking. It's a place where I can truly unwind and read. My good mood starts with breakfast; I love sitting on the Chinese restaurant's terrace every morning, enjoying my meal. Facing a pond full of lotus flowers and vast rice paddies, breathing in the fresh air, and savoring delicious food with the warm service of the staff – it's pure harmony. After breakfast, I'd cycle five laps around the rice fields, working up a good sweat – it's incredibly refreshing! For lunch and dinner, you can dine in the restaurant or in your room. What truly warmed my heart was the enthusiastic service from everyone, from the hotel management down to the frontline staff. Sales Manager Gavin L's warm greetings at breakfast were particularly touching. They even noticed I had a cold sore and promptly sent chrysanthemum tea and stewed pear soup to my room. This kind of thoughtful and meticulous service deeply moved me."

"The hotel is beautiful and the room excellent. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed without prior notice for our 7 night stay. This was very unexpected in the middle of summer and a major feature of the property. The service is unfortunately patchy, and the amenities not as advertised. The room does not have a service guide - in English or Chinese, the television provides pretty hotel pictures not useful information . The room was often not serviced until after 2pm, about the time you need a cool down and fresh towels in the summer heat. The food was excellent- but like in many cases- the WeChat menu app would work with an international phone number, and no Ali pay version was available, a paper menu would have been handy. We have been to several cities in China and similar hotels while not as beautiful were better organised."

The bathroom is spacious, the double basin design is practical and advanced, the black countertop is matched with soft lighting, and the atmosphere is elegant. The bedroom is more comfortable, the bed is soft, the lighting is warm, the carpet is delicate, the whole space is simple and atmospheric, and the quality is everywhere. The service is intimate and thoughtful, not disturbed and responsive to needs at any time. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, the morning sun and the evening sunset are intoxicating. The hotel's breakfast is fresh and delicious, the top floor observation deck has a wide view and an infinity pool, which is very suitable for a person to enjoy quietly.
