Hotel is new and clean. Great facilities and location is really convenient, just a short walking distance to IFS. Hotel reception are really helpful as well. Would really recommend this hotel to everyone!

酒店出門就是春熙路步行街，到太古裏步行僅8分鐘，逛吃買一站式搞定；客房用了白色床品搭配原木傢俱；大堂角落有讀書區，放了幾本成都旅行書，等朋友時能隨手翻一翻。
床墊床單都很舒服，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏，睡眠淺的人也能睡安穩；衞浴間做了乾濕分離、地面也有防滑毛巾地墊；充電口帶USB接口、鬧鐘也可無線充電，不用帶充電器頭，手機、平板能同時充，很方便。28樓自助洗衣房有烘乾功能，洗好的衣服直接穿，不用等晾曬。24小時健身房很方便。
布草每天更換，沒有異味和褶皺，連枕套邊角都沒有灰塵；衞生間馬桶、洗手枱沒有水漬和污垢；桌面、牀頭櫃擦得乾淨，摸不到灰塵。
前台、客房和餐廳的員工都很熱情，見面都會主動問好，親切又不刻意。前台的工作人員都很漂亮，反應也快。總之是一次很滿意的入住。

選擇入住春熙路福朋喜來登，起初衹是看中它得天獨厚的位置——步行幾分鐘到地鐵口，逛遍太古裏、春熙路商圈無需打車，深夜覓食後返程也格外安心。但真正讓我徹底圈粉的，是酒店團隊為我解決的一樁“**煩”，讓這場成都之行多了份難忘的温暖。
入住期間的體驗本就無可挑剔：房間乾淨整潔，設施新，有智能馬桶、乾濕分離浴室等細節貼心，45樓的高空早餐能邊吃擔擔麪邊看城市景觀，餐廳環境非常好。24小時洗衣房讓旅途衣物隨時清爽，工作人員更是熱情周到，前台主動分享小眾遊玩路線，遇到時總會微笑問候，處處透着專業與真誠。
離店當天趕早班機，匆忙中把重要的工作電腦包落在了房間，直到抵達外地機場才發現。當時急得團團轉，電腦裏有未備份的項目資料，想着來回成都取件既耗時又費錢，瞬間沒了遊玩的心情。抱着試一試的心態聯繫酒店前台，電話接通後，工作人員馬上安排查找，照顧我的情緒，説保潔阿姨已經發現了電腦包並妥善保管，讓我放心。
我提出能否幫忙郵寄，工作人員不僅立刻答應，還細心詢問電腦是否需要保價，掛電話後沒多久就發來包裹打包的照片，讓我確認物品完好。第二天下午，電腦包就安全送達，包裝得嚴嚴實實，沒有絲毫損壞，快遞費也衹是實收，沒有額外加收服務費。 真的很高效率，辦事很靠譜，以後認定這家了，酒店服務一級棒！

這次入住成都春熙路福朋喜來登酒店，印象很好。首先地理位置沒得説，處於繁華地段，周邊各式餐館林立，解決吃飯問題非常方便，出門打車也完全不用等。
酒店內部環境是現代簡約風格，大堂設計得開闊，休息座位很多，不會顯得擁擠。房間面積不算特別寬敞，但屬於適中的水平，關鍵是佈局規劃得很合理，沒有侷促感，行李和日常用品都能整齊歸置，住起來感覺挺舒心的。
特別想提一下早餐，餐品選擇還算豐富，但最出彩的是用餐區域的景觀，視野非常好，早晨一邊用餐一邊看着窗外，心情都變得愉悦起來。

一共預訂了2個房間，房間挺好的，住的很不錯，提前聯繫酒店安排聯通房，酒店也是很貼心給安排上了，酒店環境挺好的，衞生做的也很乾凈，房間面積也可以，地理位置特別好，走幾分鐘就到了春熙路和太古裏，就在酒店旁邊過個天橋就到了，前台小管家有分享酒店周邊旅遊訊息，房間安排的不錯，服務熱情周到，設施很新，今年新開業的酒店，大大堂裝修很有氛圍感，酒店周邊美食店很多，不用擔心找不到餐館，選也擇很多，串串火鍋很多選擇，酒店28樓的洗衣房非常的方便，還是自助的，早餐也很好，選擇很多，自助的，一樓大堂的機器人可以送外賣，不用自己下樓去取，房間樓層也很高，夜景很漂亮，地理位置是真的超級好，要來成都旅遊的朋友們推薦這家酒店，住的非常的不錯，然後在市中心出行很方便，兩個房間都住的很滿意，總體都很不錯，尤其工作人員的素質和服務態度都非常棒！謙和的語氣和真誠真的太難得，will definitely recommend to friends and family members and visit again. This was my first time coming to Chengdu, and I had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The room was clean and bright, and customer service was very attentive. After checking out and leaving for a different city, I realized I had forgotten my ring in the room, and was able to get in contact with my hotel representative over Wechat. Our customer service contact, Audrey Wu, replied to me within minutes, confirming they had found my lost item, and had it express shipped to my next hotel. My item arrived within 24h and I was able to pick it up from a locker (similar to an Amazon pickup locker). The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the city center near IFS and Taikooli, making it super convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in a central location!
