Modern, big and clean room with
Convenient location. Walking distance to IFS and metro station. Staff Delta Wang at the reception was very helpful to assist to purchase neck fan for us and give advice. Excellent service. 100/100

Excellent hotel in a great location. Room felt new and was very clean with good soundproofing. Received complementary breakfast which had a lot of options to choose from. Only negative was the wifi on level 40 was quite slow. Overall extremely good value for money, a similar high quality hotel back in Australia would cost easily x3 the price

It’s well located at the busy shopping district of Chunxi road and Taikoo Li. Room has a great view and spacious. Breakfast needs to be spruced up though. Our packed breakfast was really basic but it’s well made up by the good service

Unbelievable hotel staying experience at Chengdu! Very close to Chunxi Road and every facility is brand new. Breakfast served diverse varieties of food. Staffs’ service are definite professional. If i had an opportunity to travel Chengdu again I gonna choose this fantastic hotel second time.

It’s the first time we visited Chengdu. We are in love with this city and the hotel here is fantastic. Staffs are super friendly especially Ms Delta at checkout. The location is wonderful with short walk to Ifs and other shopping places, food. Rooms are clean and we ordered food delivery with staff’s assistance. We will be back and it is highly recommended.

Mr. Tommy at Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Chunxi Road was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. He greeted us with a warm smile every time and was more than happy to share helpful local tips and recommendations. He handled all our requests promptly and with a great attitude. He even went out of his way to assist with a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Tommy!
