Good location. As a foreigner I found it to be pretty central so I never had to travel too far to different areas of the city. There are also some cool restaurants and bars a short walk away.
The hotel was good with ONE issue - if I left the bathroom door open, cigarette smoke from another room would come into the room. It was very strong - one night I accidentally left the door open and woke up feeling a bit nauseous and with my lungs irritated.
It was not a big deal to remember to close the door, and doing that I was totally fine, but it wasn’t ideal.
Otherwise, great experience. The receptionists made it very easy to extend my reservation several times as I stayed longer than expected.

Very basic hotel, could definitely improve on cleanliness, there were some black hair in our bathroom after every service (both my partner and I are blonde).
Odd usage of towels in plastic bags, not environment friendly.

The reception girls are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and big, the bed is very comfortable. Chinese style breakfast is free and balanced diet, suitable for anyone who likes Chinese food! Free cherry tomatoes are fresh and sweet. Self-serve laundry service - washing machine is free to use on the 4th floor. The room has a slight smell of mold, but the manager have promised to solve the problem with the cleaning company. All in all, the hotel is value for money, I am very happy with the stay and I will recommend it to my friends and the family.

Ultimately, the benefits of this 7 Days Hotel in Chengdu led me to extend my stay. The hotel provides a pleasant experience, with friendly staff, complimentary water, and tidy, affordable accommodations. Convenient amenities like nearby shops, tea houses, and travel agencies are pluses, and the hotel offers umbrella rentals for inclement weather. Despite minor drawbacks like distance from the metro and noise issues, the positive experience makes the 7 Days Hotel a recommendable option in Chengdu.
