The hotel is truly beautiful, with luxurious decor that has more character than many international luxury brands. The location is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The only minor drawback is that the cleanliness in the room's details could be improved.

The room is spacious, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. I'll definitely come back next time. The butler was very thoughtful and provided excellent service. Deliveries are brought by a robot, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick them up. Anything we needed was delivered promptly. It's also very convenient to get around from here.

We stayed for three consecutive nights on this trip. On the evening of September 3rd, before returning to our room, neither of us had any bites on our legs (you can check the surveillance footage). After just one night's sleep in this room, on the morning of September 4th, my husband and I woke up with our calves and ankles covered in dense insect bites, dozens of them. My wife even had large red, swollen areas and was suffering from unbearable itching. How can a major star-rated hotel like this have bed bugs, fleas, or lice???????????????????? The most disgusting part was the hotel's attitude! After the incident, they refused to inspect the mattresses, bedding, or carpets, and wouldn't even check the surveillance footage to verify our claims. They completely shirked responsibility, telling us to go to the hospital ourselves and demanding that the hospital provide proof that the dermatitis was caused by bugs in THEIR hotel room! Hospitals can only diagnose insect bites; they can't pinpoint the exact source of the bites. This is clearly setting an impossible condition to indirectly refuse responsibility! The hotel's attitude was, 'You need to go to the hospital, and the diagnosis must state that the insect bites were caused by bedding issues at Wanda Reign Chengdu.' Are you kidding me? Which hospital would issue that???????????? We proposed a solution: the hotel checks the surveillance footage from when we returned to the hotel on the evening of September 3rd, showing our legs had no insect bites or rashes, and then we developed extensive rashes by breakfast on September 4th, combined with a hospital diagnosis of insect bite dermatitis. This solution is logically very convincing, isn't it? The hotel wouldn't entertain it, only insisting on the hospital proof. What the hell? Is the hospital a court of law???????????? Honestly, for the price, the whole stay was a really bad experience. Even though it has that old-money charm, the facilities are genuinely old and worn out. The chairs were all broken, and the cleanliness control was just okay. The details were quite unpleasant.
