我是27號下午到達的酒店，所以説工作人員是27號上午的工作人員，然後到達前台，工作人員正在打遊戲，好像客人到酒店打擾到人家打遊戲了，一副愛答不理的樣子，問了可以升級房型嗎？人家説可以升級的房型沒有了，我在手機上明明看到還有可以升級的房型，人家就説沒有了，服務態度真的很差，但是房間整體還算乾淨，早餐不難吃，希望酒店管理人員可以培訓一下作為一個服務行業，不管你的酒店是什麼星級，最起碼的服務態度要有！！！
