Despite being an “older” hotel so to speak, it was so well maintained, luxurious & clean (even better than some of the newer hotels I stayed in on my recent trip to China )
It’s not near city centre but attached to a nice mall ( Global Century ) with plenty of eateries & a water theme park. There’s also a subway stop attached to it - Jincheng Plaza (Line 1 ) - so it was easy to get to anywhere; plus DiDi is cheap & easy to get. 40 minutes to Tianfu Airport during off peak. Opposite is SKP mall (10 mins easy walk) with its iconic lighted bamboo display with more shops & eateries
I was upgraded for free & was grateful we had the block near the reception ( and near the mall entrance) block C. Also I had requested for room near lift & that was met. All in all a great stay & would not hesitate to return.

就在一號線地鐵口，去機場，南站都很方便，裏面很大，據説是全球最大的單體建築，對面就是skp早餐品種豐富，味道好，服務貼心～裏面吃喝玩逛也都有，房間大，性價比高，強烈推薦

酒店的設計理念很不錯，設施雖然稍不如新潮，但是和內部遊樂場綠化結合，有一種花園城市的感覺。雖然有新加坡的香格里拉綠化為最，但是這裏也不錯了。酒店前台在辦理入住的時候耐心介紹客房位置，洲際會員激活應用，贈送免費飲品，提供無煙房，早餐地點等。升級房型。酒店管家大師兄在入住後，及時詢問感受，贈送早晨，跟蹤入住感受，詢問需求。在離店後，主動詢問入住體驗和缺點建議。
建議：
1、抽水馬桶需要更換了，出水壓力不足，型號也有點老了，新型還能節水。
2、早餐，池畔餐廳，很細心的設定吸煙區，分流旅客。但是吸煙區不是機場的全封閉餐廳，過量吸煙，還是影響其他人。如，用餐旅客，游泳池和對面露天健身人員。好不容易積攢的生命力，被一口二手煙給減掉了。見後兩張圖。早餐二十分鐘，那個人吸了四五根煙，一直飄過來。可能吸煙不是酒店管理範圍，是整棟建築的原因。但是可以嘗試封閉建築內吸煙用餐，抽風機自動吸走。
3、再就是我們旅客的問題，有人直接在C棟路上吸煙，隨地吐痰。這麼大的封閉建築，如果是呼吸患者的痰。。。
感謝所有服務人員的努力，環境、服務態度、入住感受都不錯。不足的是我們旅客給環境帶來的破壞

因為攜程的原因造成一些誤會，酒店給予房型升級，這個尊享房空間更大，面朝中心位置，景觀不錯。可惜中央正在拆佈景，有點亂。
房間佈局很舒適，衞生間寬敞，房間隔音很好，空調也安靜。
早餐品質不錯，符合五星標準。
總體來説符合預期，畢竟開業時間已經是十多年前了，保養算不錯的了，智能不智能的我們並不看重，安全安靜衞生更重要。

房間從預訂到離店全程服務很貼心，酒店設施無可挑剔，細節到位，早餐品種豐富，味道好，環境好。Betty管家一直是一對一服務，注重我的住宿感受，直接升房尊享豪華大床房。先是住了2天，後來回到成都又住了一天，還是原房間，真是有種回家的感覺，而且Betty管家還贈送了水果和早餐，體驗感非常好。未來到成都還會住這裏。

The location of this hotel is good. Metro station is just in front of the Global Center. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with many varieties. The only setback was that the room aircon was not functioning well and was not cold.

還是一如既往的好，兒子每次到成都點名住洲際。
設施：設施齊全，應有盡有。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：環境好的沒話説，關了陽台的窗子就非常安靜，窗簾也很遮光，而且酒店位置走哪兒都很方便。
服務：服務周到，每一位工作人員都非常細心。
