Room: The space is super large, visually estimated to be at least 120 square meters, and a free upgrade was given upon check-in. The room details are full, with SMEG kettle, illy capsule coffee machine, B&O speakers, and Kohler smart toilet! The hardware is impeccable. According to the front desk staff, all room configurations are the same~(^з^)-☆ Service: Seeing that there are children, we were given children's slippers and toothbrushes when we turned down the bed, and the welcome fruit was also super large! Food: We had dinner, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea in the hotel restaurant, which was super good! Even the kids who don't like to eat tried hard to eat! The vegetables are sweet and delicious, and they are said to be picked from the hotel farm👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Breakfast is a set meal, but it is exquisite and solid, with such large pieces of scallops, and there are big abalones in the porridge❤ The afternoon tea dessert is not sweet and greasy, super delicious, and it was sold out before I had time to take pictures😅 Luckily, I was invited to participate in the incense making activity, and the children were very happy! The hotel environment is very good, clean, hygienic, and secluded. The service staff is also very friendly, responsive and timely. Because I brought my children, the hotel upgraded the room type for free. It is spacious and comfortable with a hot spring bath. I like it very much. The only shortcoming is the breakfast. The shortcomings are obvious. If it is improved, I believe it will satisfy more guests~

We booked a two-night package to celebrate the New Year. We upgraded to a room with a hot tub. The room was warm and had floor heating. We could walk barefoot without any problem. The room was clean and tidy without any odor. The hot tub was in the yard. Although there were bushes next to it, people passing by the door or people upstairs might see it. It was not 100% private, but we could ask for a screen to block it. The staff was attentive, enthusiastic, and considerate, which made me feel very comfortable. The chicken soup, desserts, and spa included in the package needed to be booked one day in advance. The chicken soup, cold dishes, and a basket of vegetarian dishes made from a whole chicken were very filling for the two of us. Before doing the SPA, I was very afraid that they would ask me to buy additional products on site. As a result, the young lady didn't say anything and kept doing it for me seriously. She was skilled and comfortable. I fell asleep halfway. There was a large area at the entrance of the hotel where we could pick vegetables. The young man was generous and took us to pick a full basket. In short, it was a very good experience. The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service was in place. I want to come again!

Booked for two days, the service is very good, praise the housekeepers Xiao Zou and Xiao Ling, they are considerate and enthusiastic ❤️ The breakfast is in the form of a set meal and you can choose it yourself. It tastes good 👍 The room facilities are also good. The floor heating is very warm in winter.

I was very satisfied with this stay. Based on my experience of staying in hotels over the years, this Aman is the best resort hotel among domestic brands, no doubt about it. The hardware, software and service are all excellent. It is completely comparable to resort hotels of international famous brands such as Banyan Tree, Six Senses, Aman, and even much better than the Aman Summer Palace in Beijing where I stayed a few months ago.

The room is very comfortable, with floor heating and air conditioning. It is warm as soon as you enter the door. The facilities are complete and clean. The vegetation in the park is lush, and the staff also picked new grapefruits for us, which is very thoughtful~ Especially thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Wu and the housekeeper Xiao Zhu, our stay experience is very good👍 I will visit the hotel again if I have time🥰
