Hotel wasn’t the most ideally located for those wishing to do things in the evening, it would have been a short taxi journey but this would be very low cost, however did have a small convenience store, McDonald’s and a few other food choices just outside the hotel.. The room was very spacious, modern and high tech. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us. We stayed here to visit Chengdu Panda centre with was around 25 minutes in a taxi, but again very low cost.

The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. There is also a butler WeChat service. The environment is quiet, laundry is available, the room is smart, Xiaodu, projection screen, the air conditioning system is very good, the bed and pillow are very comfortable. I have cervical spondylosis, but I slept well all night. It is very close to the panda base. The small tuk-tuk at the door takes 10 yuan to the south gate. The restaurant is opposite. I will recommend it to my friends. A note is that the panda cat is cheap and cute. I bought one as soon as I entered the hotel**😃

There are many parking spaces in the parking lot, and parking is free. The front desk service is professional, the room windows are large, all bright windows, and the makeup mirror is also illuminated. The breakfast dishes taste good and there are many kinds. The service is efficient. If you need a disposable razor or a face wash, it will be delivered immediately. The hot water is particularly comfortable, and I personally think it is not inferior to star-rated hotels!

The room was very clean, beautiful, and full of design! Unfortunately, we checked in at 0:00 and left at 6:00 in the morning. We just slept there, and the kids said they didn't play enough! The tree house and the slide are perfect for kids! There is also a small refrigerator, which is very convenient. It is worth mentioning that when we left, we found that the kid's Bluetooth was missing. I don't know where the kid put it and forgot about it. The store helped us find it, thank you so much!

The room was still very good. I would like to briefly mention two points: 1. The location of the hotel is not particularly good, but it is still very fast to get in and out by taxi. The train station behind is very noisy. 2. The curtain in the room fell down by itself. It was around 01:30. I called the front desk and someone came to check it out. However, when I checked out the next day, the front desk didn't know about it and had to check the room again. First, they should understand whether the customer was injured, and then ask the reason for the incident. It is not good to ask the customer to compensate for the screws. The hotel will handle it by itself after negotiation.

Because I was going to the panda base, I chose a nearby homestay. The children liked it so much. Even if you don’t go out of the house, you can play for a day. The housekeeper also prepared children’s slippers and toothbrushes. There are two cute giant panda toys. Hygienic and clean people. The convenience supermarket downstairs is very convenient to go to the panda base. 10 minutes away is recommended
