From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities that made my stay feel luxurious. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I loved waking up to such a serene atmosphere. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the spa offered a range of treatments that left me feeling completely relaxed. The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind, with comfortable loungers and a tranquil ambiance. Dining at the hotel was an absolute delight. Very good hotel, they deliver a bottle of red wine every day, help with laundry, and deliver midnight snacks. The service is very good. There are restaurants everywhere downstairs, and it is very convenient to travel. I will stay here again next time I go to Chengdu

The room offered an excellent view, and the breakfast spread was rich and varied. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient for transportation. We particularly enjoyed the Chengdu hotpot! The front desk staff, Ling Binyun and Yara Yan, provided outstanding service; they were exceptionally warm and helpful. We were deeply moved when they showed such great care and concern for our child, who was feeling unwell after eating spicy food during checkout. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Chengdu!

A brand hotel I often stay in, it is as warm as ever. The legendary change of ownership has not reduced the hotel's quality, but enhanced many functions, such as a laundry room with excellent equipment, a mushroom soup hotpot restaurant, which tastes great, and the breakfast remains the same; the front desk reception work is more rigorous and meticulous, the housekeeper Zhou Qin and other staff are well-trained, with excellent business qualities, professional reception, enthusiasm and elegance.

The hotel's environment and facilities were excellent, and the room was very spacious. Its location offers great convenience for transportation and nearby amenities. I was here on a business trip and had a wonderful experience! A special shout-out to Nina and Yara at the front desk; their service was incredibly warm, efficient, and they provided timely assistance!

It has been a great trip! Book this hotel because close to my friend place , straight 3nights stay which is a bit worry as non smoker I had bad luck with room most time in China. But stuff are really kind and helpful ,so we extended one more night. Room still a bit spacious but really clean and comfortable!

All five-star praise ～ I heard that the City opened Indigo, and immediately called the pickup to feel that the surrounding area was very quiet. It was a 15-minute walk to Jiaozi Park. It was about 15 minutes walk from the nearest shopping center. Because it was a hotel that was only opened, the facilities were in place and the sanitary conditions were not to be said. The service is also very good, just opened, and also presented a souvenir, breakfast is a point of Indigo Hotel is very worth mentioning, snack bread control can be rushed!

The decoration is simple and modern, the colors are bright, and the room has good lighting. It is just a few steps away from Yintai Center and Jiaozi Park. The key is that in such a prosperous environment, the environment around the hotel is very quiet. There are kindergartens and primary schools next to it, so it's not noisy at night. The mini bar is free, which is very thoughtful. The girl at the front desk was very welcoming and gave me a departure gift when I checked out. The surprise made me feel better for the whole day. I think this is the most cost-effective hotel in this business district, and I will choose this one next time.

This was my first time staying at Orange Crystal. I'd always stayed at a certain hotel before, but I was disgusted by the musty and foul smell of that hotel during my first two nights in Chengdu, so I decided to switch. Then I was captivated by Orange Crystal. The room was clean, the furnishings were very high-quality, and the breakfast was clearly excellent. The most important thing was the service. Xiaolan, knowing we'd be checking in late, reserved our preferred room as requested. 😍 She also thoughtfully left us a delicious late-night snack of fruit tapioca pearls. They also gave us a snack gift upon check-in. Knowing my child has allergies, they quickly prepared another small snack and delivered it to the room. Everything else was very responsive and responsive. I'm definitely going to be a fan of Orange Crystal from now on. This hotel deserves a five-star rating.

Actually, I wanted to say that the hotel is good in all aspects. I always stay in this hotel on business trips. I was a little disappointed this time. At first, I thought it was because I returned to the room late and the air conditioner was turned on late, so the temperature could not be lowered. Later, after taking a shower, the room was still quite hot, close to 27 degrees. I called the front desk and was told that the central air conditioner of the building was under maintenance... There was no way, the housekeeping department quickly sent a cooling machine... But it was really too noisy, and the cooling was average, not as good as a fan... Alas, I could only turn it off in the middle of the night when the room temperature dropped a little, and then go to bed. I didn't sleep well for 2 nights... Next time, I will consider changing to another hotel. The air conditioner of a hotel that costs more than 400 a night can't be used... Speechless.
