She upgraded my room and, seeing I had a lot of stuff, offered to help me move it to my room door. 🥺 Area: Nice location, easy to find by taxi. It's not far from the Global Center and Wanda Plaza, and Century City Exhibition Hall is also easily accessible by taxi or shared electric bike. Cleanliness: Very clean. Amenities: The room includes a microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and washing machine. The washing machine has a dryer function and comes with laundry detergent beads. The curtains are automatic and have white curtains. The projector is also good (I watched ”Empresses in the Palace” tonight). The bed is also very comfortable.

Go to Chengdu to ride Tianfu Greenway to stay at the hotel 🏨, the environment is quite good. I drove to the basement of the hotel, because I had to ride the next day, and I could ride a full journey at night, but I booked a hotel for one night, and I could park the car in the hotel parking lot 🅿️, tell the front desk beauty to see if I can stop more, the beautiful sister very enthusiastically agreed. After the ride is over, I will stay for another night, very good. The hotel also has self-service laundry. No need to wear stinky clothes 😆

My family and I visited Chengdu in June 2025 for 7 days and our stay at the Intercontinental was excellent. Jim and the team provided an exceptional and personalised service, even organising specific family-friendly day-trip activities for us based on our requests. Having the waterpark just steps from our room was fantastic for the kids, they barely wanted to leave the hotel/mall complex. Dining and entertainment options were great, leveraging the best of the hotel and of the mall. We ate a different place overnight with almost any cuisine you could desire. We will be back again next year.

It was an amazing stay. Everything is super clean and organized. The sad thing was the pool was closed during our stay due to renovations but would love to come back again and experience everything to the fullest. The area is nice and quiet and so was the hotel.

This stay was perfect! As soon as you step into the hotel lobby, you can feel the cozy atmosphere created by the warm lighting and exquisite decoration. The front desk staff greets you with a smile, checks you in quickly, and also kindly introduces the hotel facilities. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and the pillows were just the right height, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are complete, there are a lot of food downstairs, and it is very close to the subway station. The experience is first-rate. This time, this hotel brought me the warmth and comfort of home. Next time I come here, I will choose this hotel again!

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean, and eating is convenient. If I come to Chengdu next time, I will continue to book this hotel. It is only a 10-minute walk from the subway station.

Very affordable nice hotel in a very popular area of Chengdu. Clean room and nice amenities. I’ve stayed here several times. Room is large compared to other hotels.
