First time in Chiang Mai and chose to stay at this hotel due to the good reviews. The rooms are big and spacious, with a huge bathroom and complimentary bottles of water every day. Far away from the main area so quiet, but did mean that we had to take a Grab for most of the places we want to go as it’s about a 15 min walk just to the start of the old town through a residential area with not much else going on. Great Khao Soi restaurant 10 mins away from the hotel though with a Big C supermarket next door.

Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai truly exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional experience that left us in awe. The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors. As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it. One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. Being honest, photos were bit different from reality, although in the end the experience was very good and friendly, you maybe need to be prepare to an aged place. After make the check in, we went out and back until night and super tired, so we didnt check clear the room until the next day; shower head was rusty, ceiling had stains (i guess from some inner leaking) and the room felt darker (our window view was to the interiors of the hotel, so there was no natural light), so i went to the front desk and asked kindly for a chance to change the room, the women on the front desk was very kind and help us, so the next room was a bit better (same a bid aged in the floors, but better room) i got chance to enjoy the pool!!! it was super clean and fresh!! i love it!! and is a peaceful place, i really enjoy also the lobby with the chairs, so after all the experience went better, location also is easier and the team is very kind and helpful ＜3

Great location in old city. Good access to food and massage. Room is comfortable and clean. However, shower room drain seems to be blocked. Water took a long time to drain. Aircon in my room was very noisy. Already inform the front desk. Hope they fix these issues.

Another stay here, 2 nights over 2 separate bookings due to CM being pretty full over Chinese New Year. A different room but still the great standards. Immaculately clean, good shower, aesthetically good room and quiet. Close by to many of CM attractions. Staff are super friendly and helpful, just ask. If you are sitting on the fence about booking, just book, you will not have any regrets.  Hopefully I will still be able to book at their great rates in the future after this review

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

The hotel is just ok. It’s cheap so you probably get what you pay for. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is good and quiet. They clean the room every day but some parts they don’t. For example the toilet door. The dirt has been there for ages most probably. Also the fire alarm was covered with plastic. And it was off. Now I understand why some hotels burn down in Thailand. This is the worst part of my stay there.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. The highlight of this hotel is the location which is just in front the night market and very easy to get around to find food and massage. The lobby is well decorated but nothing much on the room. The pool is quite deep 2.6m so not so friendly for family. But on breakfast they had very good selection. Overall an enjoyable stay with family.

I stayed at Comfy Corner Hotel for four days and really liked it. The location is great—close to cafes, markets, and key spots in Chiang Mai. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked well. A nice bonus was the air humidifier in the room, which made the air much more comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. I also loved that there was a coffee machine at the reception where you could grab a cup anytime. Despite being in the city, the hotel was quiet, so I got good rest. Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, affordable, and well-located. I’d definitely come back!
