Overall nice stay. Within old city and walking distance to many places of interest. Eateries nearby. Staff friendly and room is clean. There's a dog and cat at the reception, if you like animals.

We love this boutique hotel. Only 9 rooms for the name sake. Nice big bathrooms. The staffs feel like family. Walking distance to many good eateries and night markets. Having Sochu a french bulldog as a mascot was a delight.

A very nice and beautiful hotel in the old town. Super friendly staff and a unique cute snack bar on the first floor. The entire hotel smells great, the bathroom is amazing.We would def stay there again in the future . 在老城区住过其他酒店，但是这家真的很好，房间也很大很干净，员工特别友善，酒店周围好吃的很多，唯一就是早上可能车辆声音很大，房间都是在路边，睡眠不好的朋友需要耳塞。但是总体来说这家性价比特别高，酒店里有狗、猫还有鱼，强烈推荐

I am very satisfied with my choice of this hotel. It has an excellent location, friendly staff and a pleasant environment. There is also a cute French bulldog and three stray cats in the hotel, which added a lot of joy to our trip.

The room is not big, but very cozy. Unfortunately, the cat was not allowed to be let out during the few days I was there, so I only saw a dog. The transportation is convenient, it is quiet in a busy city, the service staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is also very good.

Very bad hotel, the room and the table are much smaller than what you see in the pictures, it's totally a photo scam! The floor height is not standard, it's very low and depressing, the sound insulation is even worse, you can hear people walking upstairs clearly, someone is stepping on your head, what a wonderful feeling! Can't work, can't sleep, I booked the hotel for these two things, but I can't satisfy them, why did I book it? I left without staying in the room, and I didn't agree to cancel the application. It's a scam, please avoid it, don't stay!

The hotel is located in the northwest corner of Chiang Mai Old Town, within walking distance of 7-11, KFC, Pizzahut, North Gate Night Market, Chiang Mai Women's Prison Massage Shop, Dragon show, which is quite convenient. It looks like a family-style hotel. The owner has three cats (very cute, you can pet them as much as you want) and a dog (a little irritable, suddenly barking loudly when he sees us). It was the rainy season (2024 Jun) when we stayed there, and there were not many guests. The waiter was very friendly and responded actively when needed. I saw other guests' feedback on the online comments before. The problem of loud motorcycle noise at night does exist, but this is not entirely the hotel's problem. The more important thing is the street conditions (convenient traffic, so riders will choose to pass here) and motorcycle riders (he could have chosen to pass slowly and quietly, but he chose to speed up the motor and pass loudly), so there is no way, and the owner feels helpless. It may also be because of the off-season, so there are not many motorcycle riders, and the occasional noise does not affect sleep. Overall, very satisfied. If a friend comes, I will recommend this hotel to him.

It's a B&B-like hotel. The waiters are very nice, friendly and polite. They say hello every time, which makes you feel very comfortable. The hotel is very cost-effective and very good. The hygiene is also good. However, the air conditioner in the room is too noisy and makes it difficult to sleep. Everything else is good.
