The overall ambiance and value for money met my expectations, but the mold condition in the shower was more serious than anticipated, which I believe needs improvement. Additionally, the commonly mentioned issue of weak water pressure is another area that, if addressed, would naturally improve the overall rating.

The location is super convenient, right in the ancient city. The Water Splashing Festival parade and the weekend night market are right in front of the hotel. There are many massage places when you go out 💆♀️, and 711 is about 5 minutes away! There is a police station next door, 10 minutes safe😎

The hotel is pretty good overall. I only booked one night at first, but I extended it for two more nights right after I stayed there. It's very close to Thapae Gate. There are many restaurants nearby, and there's also a weekend night market. The room is relatively large. The hotel is in a popular location but it's not noisy at night. The overall environment is also pretty good. There's also a swimming pool. But when we checked in, the swimming pool was under maintenance, so we didn't get to enjoy it. It's a pity. The boss is Chinese, so there's no problem communicating with him. He was also very enthusiastic to give us a guide. The price-performance ratio is great. I'll book this hotel again when I come to Chiang Mai in the future.
