The customer service was the best. The staffs were very kind, friendly and understanding. It is a beautiful villa and comfortable rooms. I enjoyed my stay there.

so kind. this house manager is kind and friendly. and then there is good condition. I like swimming pool. breakfast is delicious. if I will go to Chiangmai that I will go there again. if my friend go Chiangmai I will suggest there for friend.

The location is a bit far from everything. It's very local though which you can see the real neighbourhoods without tourists. There are restaurants and small shops around so getting daily supplies is not a huge problem. The room is big with its little private garden but the bathroom needs some more attention. There was no toothbrush and toothpaste in my room but I had mine so not a big deal.

The location is more remote. There are no convenience stores nearby The room is a wooden house feel quite special to experience But the best thing is there is a gym and a pool to relax Breakfast not recommended Few styles I personally can only choose omelet and milk💀

Among the resort hotels I've been to in Chiang Mai, this one is the cleanest. The breakfast is like eating local home cooking, and the menu is different every day. I was satisfied. It was nice that bread and bacon were prepared. The swimming pool is not deep, so it's not dangerous. The manager speaks English well, so there's no problem with communication. I felt good because I got an upgraded room. Everyone is friendly! The location is a bit ambiguous, but I got around easily with Grab. I also went to the tuna market.
