I was very satisfied with my experience at this hotel. Especially , staff is very helpful! The room was clean and beautiful , exactly like in the pictures .

I loved my bedroom it was cozy and child friendly. The room was clean. I loved the bath tub. They have amazing service. I highly recommend ❤️

房間非常乾淨整潔，酒店正對小區，很安靜，住起來很舒適，酒店大堂還有類似水吧前台設計，風格非常新穎獨特，點外賣是機器人送餐，前台服務也很好 出行很方便，強烈推薦奇蹟秀，奇幻谷公園可以安排一天的行程，白天公園遊玩，晚上看魔術

環境非常的好，房間安靜私密，空間寬敞採光明亮，尤其是床墊軟硬適中，並且衞生打掃細緻乾淨，床單和被罩上沒有任何的污漬。設施能滿足基本的出行要求，出差在外，最重要的要有洗衣房，酒店裡配備的有烘乾機和洗衣機，十分便捷。全五星好評，挺滿意的～

到了德清，去了一次莫幹山，一直想着去下渚湖遊玩。隨即，在攜程網上訂了德清莫幹山雷迪森懌曼酒店。雖説是四星，但在管理上不亞於部分5星。 酒店位於德清縣城。整體很贊，大廳很有氣派，房間整潔，設施齊全，3樓餐廳、洗衣房、健身房健全。開車過來很方便，電車過來還有免費充電樁，可以直達一樓大廳。去下渚湖濕地公園大概十來分鐘。 酒店前台服務員很熱情，不僅給房間升了級，臨走還送了一份禮物🎁，讓我們感動不已。下次肯定會再來。

國慶出遊玩了三個地方，最後一站上渚山奇幻樂園，在附近選了國慶期間性價比比較高的雷迪森酒店，房間很大，床好舒服，因為前一晚夜宿露營沒睡好，在酒店這晚睡的太舒服了。住過很多家酒店，這家的服務讓人感覺非常的温馨舒服，早餐也很豐富，小朋友很愛這家酒店，説下次三刷奇幻谷的時候再住這家酒店！

入住酒店，真正感受到了非常温暖地服務，每個員工都是笑臉相對，主動熱情有禮貌。特別要感謝前台小彭，考慮到我們需要安靜，主動幫我們升級了房間，我們想吃當地特色菜，熱情地幫我們介紹，還推薦我們去地信小鎮看噴泉，讓我們看到了德清這座城市的發展和美麗的夜景。第一次乘坐德清公交，還耐心幫我們下載了公交小程序（同時感謝小彭的另外一個美女同事），還出門幫我們指引公交方向，一切都是讓我們非常感動。酒店的大浴缸超讚，停車也是非常便捷。

十一到莫幹山周邊休閑度假，在下渚湖國家濕地公園遊玩後入住雷迪森，酒店周邊還是很便捷的，酒店有機器人送物，旁邊200多米有個大的餐廳，口味很合適我們江浙滬，周邊都是新的高層住宅小區，環境還不錯。酒店住的也比較滿意，房間佈局合理，小冰箱還有2瓶飲料（可樂+雪碧）！有機會來德清，首選雷迪森！

酒店硬件設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住入安靜舒適。賓館的服務人員熱情待客，尤其是前台小彭，熱情周到，幫我們升級房型，倍感暖心！ 位置不錯，離下渚湖濕地公園開車12分鐘，以及去往莫幹山風景區都不算遠。 酒店信價比高，自助早餐也不錯。 以後還會光顧！

房間遠離客梯位置很安靜。佈局合理，床品質量好。淋浴間空間不侷促。品牌洗浴用品味道好，很喜歡。服務挺好，很熱情。地下停車庫車位充足，方便出行。

這次和家人的湖州之旅，時至今日我們已經轉戰了三家酒店了，有民宿有五星級酒店，沒有想到讓我感覺最好的竟然是這家四星級商務酒店。前台小彭的熱忱服務，讓我打消了擔心和顧慮，小彭不厭其煩的帶我們看房型，聽到我們是帶着小朋友來旅行的，積極主動的給我們申請了親子家庭房，還把我們訂的房間調到了同一樓層，房間也離的很近；雖説是個商務酒店，但是有濃濃的人情味，早餐雖然品種不算多，但該有的都有了，關鍵是口味好，吃的舒服，比我們在湖州住的五星級酒店口味強多了，看的出酒店在這方面真是用心了；房間也滿意，空間夠大，衞生乾淨；是一家性價比高的酒店，推薦入住！
