房間、景色不錯。老闆人也不錯。但服務人員都態度冷漠，沒有笑容。帶我們到房間時從頭到尾一言不發。每次進出大廳，服務人員只是盯視或在做自己的事，不打招呼，不露出笑容。服務人員訓練需多加強。

客房雖然有感覺到用心，但光是入住時弄得心情糟透了，接待人員從講解任何內容開始，就充滿了驕傲，入住者感受就不舒服了，真的是花錢來找氣受，完全抹滅了入住者的渡假心情！
