The room is really too small for two people, but the bathroom space is enough. The room is also very clean. Everything is done online and responded very quickly. A deposit will be charged after the accommodation registration, which is not disclosed on the website.

The room isn't small, and the bed is large and very comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. The hotel has front and back entrances that are connected. There's a Starbucks in the hotel lobby. The exit near the Starbucks leads directly to Magnificent Mile. With your back to the hotel, walking a few hundred meters to your right will take you to the river and the boat tour boarding point, which is super close. If you walk to your left, after a few traffic lights, you'll find the world's largest Starbucks, and further down is the Water Tower.

Great location for my business trip. The hotel has free shuttle bus every 30 mins to and from O'Hare Airport so very convenient. It has all the facilities and services I needed so satisfied in general. Foods in the restaurant were delicious, waitress Viktoriia was nice. Just a couple of notes: 1. If the hotel could post the airport shuttle bus schedule and exact pickup location details on their web site it would be much easier for first time visitors; 2. In the room 526 I stayed, the basin in the bathroom appeared to be partially clogged and draining very slowly. Hope they can fix it before the next guest complains.

It's not worth the price of 4000RMB per night. I chose this room because it is close to the venue. Requested a room away from the elevator when booking, but was given a room right next to the elevator. Is that intentional? The bed was too soft and collapsed, making sleeping very uncomfortable. No one answered the phone at the front desk even at 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I called five or six times before someone answered. I asked for a toothbrush and slippers, and they agreed. But they were not delivered until I called again the next day. The buffet breakfast had very few varieties and was not changed at all in four days. Poor service, very bad hotel experience!

The location is convenient and easy to find. The subway distance is 10 minutes. The surrounding breakfast and dinner are very close. The famous deep-dish pizza is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Store Messi and Apple, you can take the bus and walk, the hotel front desk and the consulting service are separated, very convenient! Overall good! Will choose next time!
