Xintaihe Hotel

The facilities are a bit old, but perfectly fine. It's an old-established hotel that used to be very prestigious. Our two families booked two family rooms, which were warm and comfortable even before the heating was turned off. We rested well and felt safe. The fact that takeout orders weren't allowed upstairs shows the management is attentive, which is great. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The only minor flaw was that breakfast was included for three people per room. Since our families consisted of two adults and two children, we each had to pay an extra 30 yuan for breakfast. If we wanted to pay for it, that wouldn't be a problem, but could we at least have looked at the menu before choosing? The manager at the restaurant entrance told us to come out immediately, which was quite amusing. Even if we were one person short, at least we still had three people to eat. That's all; everything else was great. I would never give a bad review.

We took the kids on a trip during the National Day holiday and chose a room with a bathtub. Taking a bath was very comfortable. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, although it ended a bit early at 8:30 am. In this season, with the windows open and no air conditioning, the room was 26 degrees Celsius, and it wasn't cool at night. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Chifeng.

I've stayed at Xintaihe several times and am generally very satisfied. The room had a slight smell of smoke, but it was relatively quiet, and the facilities were complete. The two types of pillows were a thoughtful touch. The first time I stayed there, I just randomly chose a room, but I was very happy with my stay. I'll definitely choose Xintaihe again every time.

比較有年代的老賓館了，設施都是按照傳統標準配置的。房間設定比較擁擠，幾乎沒什麼轉身的位置，霎時間以為自己在香港的小賓館。但是好處是很大型，服務到位快捷，衞生做得很乾凈。洗衣房有是有，但是需要掃碼付費。因為想體驗赤峯對夾就沒有選擇帶早餐的，聽説早餐還可以。還有一個優勢就是距離老市中心近，而且距離赤峯南火車站衹需步行9分鐘就走到了。附近餐飲食肆也多。正好趕上有老兵在搞活動，整棟樓都住了很多中老年人。

這家店的服務讓人特別不舒服，房間有問題跟前台反應後，來處理是不要打招呼直接進。而且畢竟是老登，東西都老舊了，給的房間空調還不行，還好後面幫換了。但服務員竟然在送新卡來時，徑直進入房間把房間2礦泉水拿走，遇到房間要更換給客人帶來麻煩，都不説賠不是了，還小氣成這樣！有這圖片是因為收了按金拍下來留底的。 值得點讚的是早餐，服務員態度好，品種也多！
