帶孩子到紅池壩耍雪，很滿意的一次入住體驗，房間熱水很好很燙，零下幾度的室外温度，室內有暖氣，連走廊都有，娃兒滑雪受了涼，回來用熱水泡腳，睡一覺起來就好多了。之前看評價還擔心暖氣不好熱水不好，完全沒出現這些問題。

酒店在雲中花海景區大門口，周邊農家樂多，吃飯購買土特產方便，騎馬遊玩項目豐富。房間安靜乾淨舒適，冬季有水暖供應。

酒店房間很規範，很衞生，位置也好找，房間暖氣很足，一點都不冷，冬天過來滑雪，觀雪景很不錯酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住

首先，位置太偏離景區門口太遠，應該是剛裝修的 房間味道很大，第二，房間通風差，衹有一個小窗户，沒有空調，衹有電扇，本來海撥高，不熱，但因為通風不好，房間內比外面起碼高几度，熱，衹有開電扇，這麼遠跑來避暑卻在房間裏吹電扇，我也是醉了，第三，熱水不是恆温的，一會熱一會冷，真是惱火，第四，早餐太簡單，沒有什麼吃的，價格428真是太不值了！不推薦，反正我是不會再來了

酒店在景區裏，前台拿房卡到住的地方還有一段距離，無人員帶，全憑感覺找路，早餐簡單，就是麪條加個蛋，還要走好長的路才到餐廳，不提供送餐到住的地方

確實如網上所寫服務差勁可能是因為景區衹有這一家像樣的酒店傲起的吧……環境也很一般廁所返臭……這個地方的住宿確實有待提高恩不會再來的地方

房間乾淨衞生，工作人員熱情周到，周圍環境也非常漂亮，但是樓中樓裏面空氣不流通，頂樓太熱了，還沒有空調，孩子一晚上都吵着太熱睡不着。
