We loved our stay so much that I will give 6 stars if I can. The snack & drinks offering in the lobby is plenty and filling us when we reach late without dinner, when we woke up late for breakfast but too hungry to look for lunch. It was delicious esp. the small xiao ma hua snack (can't found outside) & chongqing cola. Room is clean (& cleaned daily) also meet our requirements of actual fridge (not small minibar fridge), 2 queen bed and good price. The location is central near Ba Yi Lu, Jie Fang Bei & the night market. No issue with didi or other transport provider allocating too.

Front desk service very helpful and spontaneous to our request. Room is very spacious and clean. Recommended for family. There is also a mahjong room, with automatic mahjong table.

Upgraded my room on site to have two toilets. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Location is central, a couple minutes walk to the monument itself and a quick taxi ride to many tourist attractions (e.g. Hongya cave, xia hao li lane, guan yin qiao). Hotel has quite a bit of food options around too. Best part, they hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful (especially when helping us find our taobao buys).

Hotel is centrally located near Jiefangbei. There are some snacks, fruits and drinks provided for the guests as well at the reception area. The staffs are very helpful as well. The building contains a few different hotel management which might be confusing initially.

The room was amazing, very big and clean! The view on the city was also stunning. The breakfast is excellent, so many choices! The location is also perfect as in the city center, many things walking distance and also close to transportation. Super recommended! 😍

Our first time here in Chongqing , stayed 4 nights in MouthWell Executive Suites . It has been a Great n Nice stay from the moment we check in till the day we check out , their staffs from front desk to house keeping maids have been doing a great job & very courteous ! Location is excellent. Near to most attractions. Everything was almost perfect during our stay . This accommodation is highly recommended

As a foreign traveler, my stay at MOUNTWELL·Shanqi Executive Suite Hotel (Jiefangbei Hongya Cave Branch) in Chongqing was an absolute delight! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff at the front desk. They were not only efficient in handling the check - in process but also incredibly helpful, providing me with detailed information about local attractions and delicious food spots in English. The room was a haven of comfort and luxury. The large floor - to - ceiling windows offered an unbeatable view of Chongqing's stunning skyline. At night, the city lights twinkled like stars, creating a magical scene that I couldn't get enough of. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Modern amenities such as a Dyson hairdryer added a touch of high - end convenience. The hotel's location is superb. Just a short walk from Jiaochangkou Subway Station, it made getting around the city a breeze. Popular attractions like Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave were easily accessible on foot. Overall, this hotel perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and excellent service. It truly enhanced my experience in Chongqing, and I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel was in great location, but I didnt like the whole building was occupied by 7 or 8 hotels, the reception area is quite messy and the room is only clean on the service. We paid extra for the 270 degree view but we end up on the 20F, and the view was just so so. The lift was very slow and they dont arrange you and your friend on the same floor or at least use the same lift.

Due to Chongqing's special geographical conditions, it is very common for the same super high-rise building to accommodate multiple hotels in the entire city. Similar situations also occur in the buildings of many five-star/luxury hotels. Our front desk is located on the fifth floor, and can be reached directly by taking the elevator from the first floor or the parking lot. In addition, regarding the two-bedroom suite with 270° panoramic views of the mountains and waters that you booked, this room type is located on the 16th to 35th floors, and naturally some rooms are located on the 20th floor. Finally, because the building is very high, the elevators are divided into low-floor elevators and high-floor elevators. It is not that the hotel intends to separate you and your friend from each other in the elevator. Indeed, if the room types and floors you stay in are different, you will need to take the elevator separately. We are very sorry that we did not pay attention to your needs during your stay. We really loved our stay here. The room is massive and feels very luxurious. When we saw the view we honestly couldn’t believe our eyes. (Images are of the view!) It looks even better than in the photos!! The night time panorama is absolutely crazy, the buildings do a light show and we enjoyed it each evening from the bed with a beer! The staff we kind and helpful, we could reach them by wechat for questions or go to the desk. There is a washing machine - dryer which was so helpful, plus a full kitchen and big fridge and freezer. We loved the products in the shower. In fact we enjoyed our stay here so much that we extended our stay for one more day :)

The room is clean, spacious, cosy, and comfortable. The location is awesome, less than 10 mins walk to Jiefangbei. The room has a splendid view where you can see 千厮门大桥. They even provide Dyson hairdryer. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. There are welcome fruits and eye masks. My husband and I had a good stay there. We will definitely go back to stay if we go Chongqing again. Well done!!! 👍👍👍

Hotel is well located nearby the food alley. Not too near as it gets crowded and noisy. Just nice. Lobby at 10th floor. First timer, you may need to call or try to contact via WeChat. Get someone to pass the gantry. You’ll be surprised that the whole building are hotels with different managements. Room is clean, good bed. 11th floor view so so but who have time to look, no issue for this. Toilet comes with amenities , all working well. Staffs are nice and helpful, they’re always about 4-5 staffs at counter which speeds things, unless you come at odd hour. There’s a snack zone that has coke, water, small snacks.

The hotel was top standard in many aspects for our stay. Location-wise a nearby walk is a busy street full of unique street foods, shops, convenience stores and a really good hot pot place. The hotel is clean, spacious, and has a premium feel to it. The staff are extremely warm and helpful. We had our questions answered promptly on Wechat which also helped ease the language barrier from the auto-translation on both sides. The gym is also very well equipped. 10/10
