Traveling with my family, we booked this place as we were passing through Qiandao Lake. We met a thoughtful housekeeper who arranged two adjoining rooms for us that could open up to each other, which was incredibly convenient. They also provided plenty of bottled water. The hotel service was excellent, the environment was elegant, and the lake was right downstairs. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was absolutely stunning!

This hotel arguably boasts the best location in Qiandao Lake Scenic Area, directly facing the lake. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's super convenient for shopping as it's close to the city center. Ordering takeout is also an option. Plus, it's very close to both the Southeast Lake Area and the Central Lake Area.

🌟 I was quite satisfied with my stay this time. The room had a great view; I could see the beautiful Qiandao Lake scenery right from the window. It was so relaxing to watch the sunrise from the balcony in the morning. The bedding was soft, and I slept wonderfully. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The butler contacted me promptly after booking, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qiandao Lake!

Service: We had booked a package that only offered a king-size bed room, but the butler noticed we were friends traveling together and kindly switched us to a twin-bed room with the same view. It was very thoughtful and a great experience. They even brought afternoon tea to our room. Environment: The balcony view was fantastic, directly facing the center of the lake. I had originally planned to go to Tianyu Mountain for the sunset, but ended up comfortably watching it from the hotel, which was excellent. Hotel is located near to the qiandao lake center, however room housekeeping requests is rather slow (had to wait 15-20min for any requests). And rooms can be a little dark and dim at night. Liu Xiang the housekeeper was really nice and friendly though.

Great view! Rich breakfast. The pressure of the shower was extraordinary. The room had a balcony, which was great in the late afternoon to enjoy the sunset and the silence of the lake.

This is a truly terrible hotel. For three nights, I paid 6,500 RMB, but there was blood on the pillow. I'm not sure if it was from the previous guest, or if they were sick. After requesting replacement pillowcases and sheets, I discovered a neat cut in the center of the suitcase the next day. I requested hallway security footage from my absence to see who entered the room, but they refused to provide it. Every time I asked, they simply claimed they had a policy, always distancing themselves from the situation. It's disgusting. I won't be back. I hope everyone will keep their eyes open.
