Very nice stay. The hotel is good. The room was nice and spacious. But the service was unpleasant. It took so long to provide us the iron that we requested. Hopefully Novus will get even better in the future.

Great hotel Have clean room all in this hotel really clean. Room also big, with big balcony Staff are very nice and helpful, they treat guest in good service. Definitely will come back to this hotel

The hotel room is very comfortable and the view is gorgeous.

Waiting too long ., checkin time on 3pm.., but room ready on 4pm., i was arrived on 2.30., so i must be wait 90 hours 🥲 The breakfast also on 7am., 😭all of hotels in indonesia comonlly ready on 6am.,

All great except the price so expensive

All the staffs are friendly and helpfull, especially Miss Nissa who take care our room reservation. The room is clean, the view is extraordinary .. we can have a mountain and beach view.. all the amenities are provided. The swimming pool is beautiful, plus they have private beach with unique bamboo in the front. We’re really enjoying our stay with Novus Jiva Villa Resort and Spa Anyer, keep the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Our second time stayed in novus jiva. This place is awsome, specially this time the bare foot beach club already open. So we can feel the wave and the sand privately..

This is the beautiful place. 😍 The hotel is new, everything is clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. There was a fireshow at sunset.🔥

Staying at Novus Jiva was delighting, although they are on full house they still try to maintain good service. Since the hotel is away from restaurants, we had all of our bf lunch and dinner at the hotel. At peak hour, service at the restaurant was a bit slow but they have quite a selection of menu from asian and western, some of the food are delicious and some are not though. The facilities and ambiance is great, they have a kids club, pool, small kids playground and a nice bar with a selection of cocktail. The beach is across the road, but there is a shuttle to and from the hotel. The pool in front of the beach is nice, but I wish there is more shades. Overall it is a nice hotel with a good service, cleanliness can be improved.

One of the best hotel in Anyer area... Definitely will be back again in the next vacation. My kids love the pool and the food also great.

Location is fantastic but the staff not helpful
