紅茂酒店入住體驗感比較好，酒店旁邊就是一個大型商場，購物吃飯逛街方便，離731也比較近，一進去酒店比較乾淨，衞生打掃的好，暖氣充足，早上在餐廳吃飯還有飲料機，也不錯。前台服務員12號態度好，送水，開電視都比較耐心，對於哈爾濱的值得去的地方，還有值得買的東西，客人詢問前台服務員12號都會一一解答。
