Clean sheets, comfortable bed. Room could do with a deep clean (carpets, walls and ceiling). Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Staff in general are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant cooks are in no hurry to cook your food. One evening waited 40mins for a meal and nothing so walked out and had to go elsewhere. Could do with a phone in the room to communicate with reception.

Its been a very good stay from the minute I arrived I was looked after by 2 very good members of the team Hannah & Verity nothing was to much hassle and very helpful and keep me updated with been here when football the bar would be busy I will be back to visit again and will pick this hotel as I fell welcome

Nice, clean room, and an absolutely outstanding service recieved from all of the staff during my few days stay here. I especially need to mention both Verity and Hannah who were extremely friendly, welcoming and professional throughout my short stay. Highly recommended premier Inn.

Stay overnight for a meeting of friends to celebrate the passing of one of our friends. Great location opposite the train station, clean room, easy check in with shower and WC and comfortable bed and television and tea and coffee, very quiet and in easy walk of restaurant for evening meal and next day breakfast.

This hotel is a perfectly fine budget hotel. Staff were friendly. The room that I stayed in could use some retouching. The free wifi was trash but usable. No fridge but not a big deal just a surprise. The location is the best thing about this hotel. It's a 5-10min walk to the train station, a pub right next door, an Aldi around the corner, and an easy walk to Wolverhampton town center from Broad St.

Had a really nice relaxing stay here. Room was spotlessly clean. Staff were extremely friendly on check in/out and throughout our stay. Only slight ****** is the air con didn’t seem to work correctly and room was a bit on the warm side for my liking but still managed a good nights sleep.

I was over charged for a family room when I’d booked a double. A refund was refused by Customer Service. The room was furnished with a smelly sofa bed additional to the double bed. The room stank of stale cigarette smoke and vomit. I couldn’t sleep due to smells and the heat of the bed. There was a plastic sheet on the bed that was so uncomfortable. The bathroom was so shabby., it felt dirty. The bathroom fittings look dated and years old. Altogether, it was a depressing stay. We won’t be going back to this particular hotel.

Staff were unnecessarily rude and not at all accommodating. I politely asked for a room near my friends and got a blunt 'no' without explanation in return. Then was put in the furthest away bedroom. Can't help but think it was deliberate. Asked for our nationalities and signatures. Signature sure, but why on earth nationality? There were other questions like DOB, reason for travel etc on the form, but they specifically asked for those two things. Very odd!! Went into the pub over the way, waited 10mins to be seated. Staff just ignored us and complained about their job with another worker from the hotel. I even gestured and asked but had no response. Walked out in the end, was extremely awkward and rude of them.

The bedroom was very spacefull the bed was so comfy i would love to have the same room agin Lovly staff lucie and kelly are so helpfull welcoming and friendly Improements The wifi is not so great More staff like lucie and kelly but over all so welcoming and good and clean room
