While the wait staff, bar tenders, and other employees were fine - the front desk was staffed by people who hated life and their jobs. Made reservation for two rooms, they tried to bait and switch for almost 3x more money. when i showed them their confirmation number, combative employee told me I ”had to take it up with expedia”. Linda, who at least tried to be helpful but clearly was at the bottom of the ladder, called Debora Runnion-Jessup - who literally could be replaced with a magic 8 ball. Debora couldn't be bothered to understand the problem or devise a simple solution - nope, just easier to be a crank and say no. So I canceled all my future bookings - they could have rented me out a ”larger” room at the price they collected, would have cost them a room cleaning.
