Pier Hotel Coffs Harbour

I need a refund for this booking. I booked it at 8:45 pm. when i was in Amidale NSW, and drove to Coffs Harbour ( 2.5 hours ) and when i got to the hotel at 11:30 pm it was all locked up and nobody in sight and or a nite bell. I saw this notice placard to call and made the calls ( see attached ) 4 times and got nowhere. Thus i went around and got myself a motel to stay for the night ad as you can see i was attended to. So my no show is not a no show but a problem with Pier Hotels work hours procedure that check ins must be done by 10:00 pm. and how would i know of this rule UNLESS ITS SPLASHED CLEARLY ON THE WEB PAGE OF PIER HOTEL

The location is perfect, walking to the Jetty. The staff is so kind, food is good 👍 definitely will be back.

Good, close to beach, nice place for short stay

Fabulous location and very nice hotel, friendly staff and clean facilities. It did get a bit hot at night though and the fan did not really help much. I would stay here again.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. No air con. Fan just working. Window needed to be open all night. No fly screens. So lucky weather was temperate and no mozzies. Shared Bathroom - needed some attention.

The fan in the room was not working, so it was hot.. also I couldn’t open the window because there was not screen door.. Shower didn’t stay good temperature, and low pressure. Except for those things, it was ok.

Great location. Rooms clean and practical. Staff friendly. Food at the pub good. Beer cold. 

Great overnight stay – clean, convenient, and helpful staff I was passing through Coffs Harbour and needed a place to stay for the night. Ended up booking a room at the Pier Hotel last minute. While the price was a bit on the higher side (likely due to the late booking), I was really pleased with the experience. The room was spotless, very clean, and well-presented. Even though it had a shared bathroom, everything was maintained to a high standard. What stood out the most was the staff – they were very accommodating and made it easy for me to check in late without any hassle. Overall, a comfortable and convenient spot for a short stay.
