There was nothing unique about the property. Combined with a breakfast area that was small and a poor selection of breakfast choices this was not a stay for a better rating.

Not much of a menu for the bistro. We are elderly and had a hard time walking to a restaurant.
The ice machine on 2nd floor wasn’t working.

The room was well appointed and quiet. The lobby has a Starbucks. The fitness room was clean with multiple machines.

Front desk staff did not know how to accommodate us because we arrived early for check-in. They could have had crew clean a room for us, but did not know how to do that.
The breakfast lady was very rude and seemed like we were bothering her for a cup of coffee.
No air conditioning in lobby, cafe area! What's up with that!
Room was okay but we had ants in the bathroom! Notified front desk, he accually said "that is a maintenance problem". No kidding! Seemed completely uninterested.
And, 6 cars were broken into on one of the evenings we were there, our car was thankfully okay.
We have a Courtyard hotel in our town that is a place where our family stays when visiting us, and it is much better than this. I believe you have a management issue.
We, nor any of our family will never stay at this hotel again.
For as expensive a night our room was, very poor accommodations.

Sink was cracked with sharp edges. Dirt in corners of bathroom. Loud music at. midnight kept me awake. No free breakfast or coffee provided. I do not plan to stay at Marriott again.

I was disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. The ceiling had water damage and it looked like the paint was going to fall off at any time. Then we noticed ants on the bathroom floor. We kept our travel bags on the chairs in hopes that none would end up in our bags. I have stayed at this location numerous times in the past and was really caught off guard at what I saw. I did let the teller at the front desk know about the ants as I was leaving.

No air conditioning in lobby , or food area. Ice machine not working. Front desk told me to try the other floors for ice.
