Southampton West

Visited this hotel as it is the closest to Paultons Park, Peppa pig world. We had a family room. This room needed some TLC. We didn’t move due to our 4 year old being tired and falling asleep as soon as we got into the room that evening. There seemed to be a high pitched hum coming from the bathroom, which even when the door was closed we could still hear it. We were also next to a room with a baby which was crying loudly at times through the night(not the hotels fault) The bathroom(only had shower) had mould in there and the sink is the smallest I’ve seen in a premier inn. Furniture was falling apart too. Breakfast was busy and they seemed short staffed and ran out of food quickly. Wouldn’t return to this hotel.

A very convenient location, a lot of free parking space and very close to Paulton Park. Staff were very helpful, they helped us with everything. Our room was clean and tidy. We had a breakfast the next day and it’s was delicious. Great staff, price and location. What more could you ask for.

We had an amazing stay! Hotel close to Paultons park and was perfect for the purpose of our visit. All staff are kind, smiled every time we seen them and gave us directions to Stonehenge and Lepe beach which we loved! Rooms are nice and clean, usual standards for our beloved Premier inn. Keep the good work, guys!!! Thank you for the good stay and see you next time ❤️

The hotel staff were very helpful. pleasant and friendly they couldn't do enough for you. They put us in a room that was in a quiet part of the hotel. The room itself was clean but the hotel is looking old from outside. There is plenty of parking available and it is free of charge. The hotel was very easy to reach M27 and Paulton Park. Easy check in and check out. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Paulton Park.

Terrible experience rude staff unclean room with used cigarette lighters in it and paint and plaster falling off the walls and a kettle with fluids in that looked and smelled like urine loud guests we never got a hours sleep all night I went down to reception to be met by possibly the rudest person ever and told he was already annoyed with the other guests to just go back to my room and speak to a manager tomorrow I had to use the hungry horse next door to get hot water as he never offered me another kettle the next morning I spoke to someone on the desk who was more polite I showed him the photos I’d taken and he said the room shouldn’t have been like that but never apologised for this and just handed me a card and said email the premier inn head office it’s nothing to do with us I then said I don’t understand it’s happened in your hotel to which he responded I’ve logged everything just email them I have stayed on premier inns before and never experienced anything like this before it’s put me off ever staying with premier inn again

Stayed for two nights 31 march to 2 April. Quick check in staff really polite and efficient. Great value for money. The beds were so comfortable we had a great night sleep. The only issue, the rooms were a but too hot. The shower was powerfull and hot with giant fluffy towels. I love the Bayliss and Harding toilities. The beakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and was delicious. I liked that there was a choice of herbal teas. The staff couldn't do enough for you a credit to the premier inn. We come every year for our trip to the New forest and Paultons park and we will be back again next year.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and slept really well. Free parking and great location from Southampton city centre, Peppa Pig World and the motorway. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Comfy bed, spacious room with everything you need Staff go over and above to help you … would stay again definitely when back in Southampton! Best shower in the 6 weeks we have been travelling !! Well done Premier Inn Southampton Weat team !! 👍
