What I liked best about this hotel was the location, which was about 900 meters from the beach, it was 1.8 km from downtown, and it was near many restaurants. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. The vie from the pool was breathtaking.

Golden Lotus Luxury was a wonderful experience. The room was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. The service and hospitality was incredible. Celebrated my Mother’s 70th birthday at the hotel and they accommodated us graciously with cakes and balloons. Ryan was our Superman and he was a wonderful host catering to our every need. When I go back to Da Nang, I will definitely stay again.

During the check in, the receptionist Helen was so accommodating, Bobby and James also gave us such a good time, offered us beverages and helped us with out luggage,they also asked us when we plan to check out and if there’s anything they can help us with, the customer hospitality is top notch no doubt, the location is also very convenient, theres restaurants just down the hotel and the beach is just a street away, souvenir shops are all over the area too, we would definitely come back! Thank you miss Helen, Bobby and manager Ryan, the service is through the roof!

The location is good, and 2 streets away from the beach. Plenty of eateries, convenience store, massage parlour, pharmacy, coffee cafes, bakery. Opt for the sea facing room, you get a juliet balcony. Able to view the sea and the street below. Spacious room and bathroom. Only downside, no iron / ironing board in room. But they do have pressing service. Hospitality is good. Staff tries to accommodate your needs. Breakfast spread is adequate. Some bread selections, local sweet treats, salad bar, hot dishes etc

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at your hotel. I was informed by your staff that afternoon tea is served until 5 pm, but upon arriving at 4:30 pm, I was abruptly told that it was no longer available. Additionally, despite requesting a late check-out, I received multiple calls from reception urging me to leave before the agreed-upon time. Throughout these issues, there appeared to be no management available to address my concerns or offer assistance. This experience fell significantly short of my expectations for service and hospitality.

Just a block off the beach, and a close walk or short ride to everywhere else in the city, this hotel is almost perfect. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean, and evwyone was very attentive. We will return for sure.

Hotel breakfast have a lot of variety and food is tasty, my kids enjoy it so much. Location of the hotel is good, walking distance to beach, spa and convenient shop. Staff is friendly and helpful. We are stay in family room which the room is clean and spacious. My kids enjoy the smart TV in the room so much. The price for this hotel is reasonable and we will stay in this hotel again for our future trip

The hotel was a short walk to the beach and had plenty of amenities to keep one busy. Be wary as they do charge you for EVERYTHING. I had a glass break and I had to pay to replace it. The balcony is a misnomer, I couldn’t really stand on it, it was so small. It was quite luxurious - perfect for a solo traveler.

The room was spacious, new and beautiful. Loved the smart TV and the good view. The gym was a bit small and not much equipment but can do the gob for one person at a time. The cold water pressure was alternating which made showering a bit difficult (constantly goes from hot to cold) and there was one night we couldn’t wash due to a problem with the hot water in the hotel. The breakfast was okay. Not many western breakfast options… just eggs, sausages and bread, would’ve preferred bacon each day but only got bacon the first day.
